Be very VERY careful if you are interested in buying a used car from them. In my case, it was a complete waist of time. They lied about the KM on the car in their adds and worst, about the condition of the vehicle. After inspection, the car was redeemed to be unsafe to drive!!!! There could have been an accident just driving it to the garage! Complete scam!!! Can't believe this is representing Toyota....

Took over a half an hour at the service department just to see a person to get processed for an appointment already made. In the mean time I was left standing the whole time. I have problems in the left leg and was in discomfort. Nobody took notice. The first person I saw said that she doesn't process people who have appointments and I must go back in line. The second guy said that he does not speak English and I must see the other guy who never called anyone. At that time , I had enough and will never ever return. It was a scheduled appointment just to get winter tires put on!

service guy's are scammers .. 80 oil change turned into 155 on a brand new vehicle and manager was supposed to be calling me back never did . thank you for your ignorance not going back last car I buy there and service i get done there
