ALBI Kia St-Eustache

Last week we meet up with Sam Raydan to a look at a car we were thinking of getting and after speaking with him we decided to signed on the dotted line. What an amazing service, professionalism that we got blew our minds. Their was no insisting that we sign or harassment or pressure, just him and us discussing all the details which is what lead us to buying the car that day. We have been a loyal client to Kia Albi le Geant for 8 years and will continue to work with them in the future. If you are looking for a Kia you need to go to Albi Le Geant in St-Eustache and ask for Sam Raydan, he is a great sales person and he is very caring about his client. I would recommend this dealer and sales person to family and friends.

Edit since I wrote this review I was told that my car has been held up 3 months more than what I was told no one called me to warn me or tell me of this...for this fact I have dropped a star in this review .....................I hate car dealers with a passion. I absolutely despise them. That's why I cannot believe I am about to write this. This was a one of a kind buying experience. Our salesperson Sam was honest and really took the time to explain everything to us. He was honest about the time for our wait for the vehicle. He did everything he had to do to get us to sign without being pushy. We stepped out of there completely at ease with our decision. We then brought our car there for work and they were quick efficient and did not charge us excessively for the work done. I am amazed by this dealer and would gladly recommend them to all our friends. Congrats Kia St Eustache you have earned a customer for life we cannot wait to get our new electric car. Amazing amazing place. You guys are the best.

Absolutely amazing service! The first time I go buy a car and the salesman is as passionate and knowledgeable about his cars as he cares for the clients and get them the best deal possible! 1000% recommend, and ask for Sam Raydan. Went in for some basic information and met Dario. He was knowledgeable and honest about my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car!

On the sales side, as difficult as it is right now to shop for a new car their team made sure that the process be as pleasant as possible. A very good service and people dedicated for their clients. I would gladly give them a good referral to anyone that would ask me. On the service side, I'm a long time client with them and they really deliver. They follow well on service that your vehicle need as well as sending you proactive notice when you have recalls.

What a great dealership to do business with. From the moment I met Daniel to the time I drove away with the car, everything went smoothly. Other dealerships can learn from these guys. They gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and did not try push a lot of little EXTRAS on me just to make a few extra bucks. Edit - As great as the sales experience was, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I just took my car in for scheduled maintenance at 24,000 KM and the bill was over $400 which seems quite excessive to me. Also, I advised them that the trunk release on my key was not working and that I was hearing a weird noise at the back when turning right kind of a rusty spring noise. A month later and still no replacement key not a big deal for me. However, regarding the noise, the mechanic said he test drove the car after the maintenance was done and there was no audible sound. First right turn I made, noise was still there. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but part of me wonders if they did not want to fix something that falls under the warranty. Now, my steering wheel is making a cranking noise when I turn. Wonder if they will be able to hear that!

Sales people need to be more aware of the changes to the new models before giving advice. I was stuck having to buy a new set of winter tires because the sales rep didn't know that the older tires that the same dealership gave me for the older model didn't fit the newer model. They made me a deal for the new tires. Great cars and most of the time very good service.
