Spinelli Toyota Pointe-Claire

I bought my 2011 Toyota Corolla S today and I had a good experience trading-in my car at Spinelli Toyota point Claire. I was satisfied with both value of my car and the price that I gave for the new car. The manager (used cars department) was very nice, polite and professional. The sales consultant Mr. Edward is a great guy. he was very helpful to me. They gave me a good car for a good price. I strongly recommend this dealership. They are reliable and trusty. You pay for what you get at this dealership. There is no hidden prices or extra charges.

We picked up our Toyota Highlander yesterday. Thanks for the services provided. Rating 10/10! The store is big and the staff are very professional. Max and Steven are warm, polite and nice. Everything is clearly explained. My kids are happy too: Steven showed them how to draw a star without lifting the pen from the paper! Haha! By the way, the plate number is a surprise too. We have never expected that! From this point, we can feel that in treating the customers, they pay attention to every detail. Thanks and Bravo! In all, we had a wonderful experience there. I will recommend it to my friends.

I bought my 2015 Corolla from Richard this past February. It was a great experience. He told me a huge amount of information about the vehicle, then gave me lots of space. There was no pressure and unlike other car dealerships I had been to, they were very well organized. I recently went in and got my summer tires put on and it was very efficient. It took an hour and I sat in a comfy chair and worked using their WiFi.

Toyota Spinelli Pointe-Claire is the ONLY Toyota dealership you should consider purchasing from. From the very beginning, they make you feel as though you are part of the family. No pressure whatsoever. Anthony Spinelli is simply amazing. He went above and beyond what anyone would expect. Two test drives and a very respectful negotiation session landed me with a brand new 2018 Camry Hybrid! Everything went so smoothly. I am more than satisfied with the agreement we communally reached. And what can I say about Steven. He is the one who gives you the walk-around and all you need to know about your new vehicle upon reception. This guy knows everything, and I mean everything about your car. He explains it with such ease! Steven closes the deal like no other. And let's not forget Julia at the reception who is just a ray of sunshine. What makes the difference is that they all care. They treat you like family. Thanks gentlemen. My experiences with Spinelli Pointe-Claire have been below acceptable. My first service appointment promises were not kept, time delays not respected and I was even misinformed. These statements were even confirmed by multiple of their service team. My second experience was even less satisfactory. Wrong parts ordered (even though I asked several times on ordering if they made sure it was the right part). Now I was inconvenienced and they refuse to do anything and told me to come back in when they receive the right part. The part is under warranty so unfortunately I have no choice but to go back to them. This dealership is disorganized and does not do what they can to keep customers happy. Service at this dealer used to be good, they have gone downhill over the past years.
