Spinelli Nissan

We had the most perfect experience at Spinelli Nissan in Pointe Claire. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were greeted and made to feel so welcome. The entire sales team is friendly and excellent. In particular our Saleman, Xavier Castro was exceptional in his sales approach, follow-up and and most recently in his after sales continuous attention which has been above and beyond. He worked very hard to zero in on my needs and made things happen for me beyond my expectations. In addition, the support staff that we dealt with (Andre and Caroline) were a pleasure to deal with and made the process seamless. The service department is attentive and helpful as well. In the end, I was lucky enough to get an amazing car that fulfilled all my wishes...thanks to everyone at Spinelli Nissan I will be happy to buy all my cars there in the future.

We bought our second Rogue here. Service is very good when shopping for a new car. They are fair in their pricing and really make you feel appreciated in their price offerings for choosing to be a returning customer! After you buy, service drops a little your no longer a priority we had some issues with our XM Satellite radio, it took about 1 month to resolve.

Amazing service from the whole team, especially Elie. Very professional. I had been looking for a used Leaf for over a month, Elie helped me from the begining and found the perfect car for me. Always honest, always available, no surprises when came time for the actual transaction. I will be back when the time comes to replace our second car!!!!

Horrible! Very very disappointed. Spinelli quality has deteriorated - they don’t care about their previous customers. I was a loyal Spinelli customer - bought 2 of my brand new cars at Spinelli. However my last experience at Spinelli on March 24th 2018 was a rude awakening– will never go back and told friends and family not to go to there either. Salesman was very aggressive and didn’t even care that I took the time to come back to Spinelli (the loyalty I showed to Spinelli was definitely not reciprocated). Their loss – bye bye Spinelli bought my new car at a wonderful dealer with lots of upgrades! And their so called customer service didn’t even bother to do a proper follow up – again they don’t care about their customers……I’m sure this is not how Giuseppe Spinelli wanted his customers to be treated.

Met with sales representative Frédéric-Alexandre Decelles who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within an hour we purchased our car and got a great deal! Actually, everyone was very friendly and the ambiance was stress-free.
