*Buyer beware* paint peeling issue  Spotted paint peeling from the inside the edge between the roof and rear windshield manufacturer defect on my 2015 Civic that I bought here in fall 2018. I brought it to this Dealership in the fall 2021. They were pretty aware of this common issue and the representative said that mine wasn’t that bad among those that he has seen. He said he would get approval on the work and the issue was fixed a few weeks later on goodwill. However, a few weeks later I found more paint peeling around the edge of trunk cover. I called again and brought my car to the dealership. This time, another representative insisted that this was not covered on the warranty 3 years and I was lucky to get it repaired last time. Then he said: didn’t you bring your car to another dealership in March 2020 and got refused? I said: Nope! I bought my car here why would I go to another? What dealership? What work did I request? He said he couldn’t see details in his system. So not only that they refused to stand by their quality but also treated me as a scammer?! I only became aware of this paint issue in Spring 2021! Anyway, very disappointed that Honda would not stand by their reputation. Please google Honda paint peeling so that you know what you get yourself into and budget repaint cost before you purchase a Honda!

Service Department amazing at Honda Des Sources.  Many thanks to Service Manager, Oleksiy and his top notch team.  The repairs were done in a timely manner and the cost reflected what had been discussed - so no surprises.  Moreover, I was treated with respect and consideration.  Thanks again.

I was going from a far distance and was ready for a waiting time that was scheduled from 9:15 am to approximately 2:30 pm. However, after noticing that I’ll be sitting there all this time and need to go to work afterwards, they did their best to finish the work faster. I appreciated the way they care about customers. The service was excellent as usual. Many thanks to Oleksiy for making my experience at Honda Des Sources service centre, a pleasant one.

I’ve always had a great experience at Honda des Source Service. I had the chance to interact with several agents and they are all very knowledgeable and courteous. The service manager, Oleksiy , was very helpful and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more, great team!

great service and great team. highly recommended. Mr. OLEKSIY and his team were great. 2 days ago, I drove my car to be checked without any appointment  because of sudden metal noise in the front of my car. Mr. Nicola Pompa , the service advisor made it easy and possible to have my car checked within almost 20 minutes. I was badly in need for my car within 2 hours and they promised to have it ready before. They really did it. Both the Service Manager and mr. Pompa were amazing . they did all what they could by giving priority to fix my car as emergency. I am very thankful for both of them. beside that , they try to have their customers leave with a smile. great team and great dealer , with great certified technicians. for sure , highly recommended.

The Service Department is amazing at Honda Des Sources. Service Department Manager, Oleksiy and Serviceman Leo both believe the customer when explaining problems and have ideas on how to find them and hopefully fix them. This place is worth the detour if your Honda has issues, they go out of their way to help fix a faulty Honda product which is not caused by this dealer or service department.

Wonderful service by Nico Pompa & the service manager Oleksiy. I went to the dealer for a noise that would only occur on cold mornings. They were polite and took the time to understand the problem as best as possible.  They even got me an Uber to bring me to work and pick me up. They diagnosed and completed the repair the same day because they had the part in stock. Nico kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. Oleksiy even showed me the failed part that needed replacing when I went back to pick up my car. I appreciate the professionalism and trust.

This is my third time taking my Honda Civic for service at Honda DDO, and like each time, I was given a five stars service. Everyone is just amazing, especial Thanks to the Service manager « Oleksy » who took me in without an appointment and made me feel welcome to go back! Thanks Honda Des Sources

I've been a Honda customer for many years. Quality and reliability of cars is one reason, the support and caring from Service Managers like Oleksiy is another. I came in without an appointment not something you should do, requiring a scan while my electrical problem was on full display. Oleksiy took me in, explained my options with full transparency, got the part ordered and made a proper appointment to get the work done. Dealing with intermittent issues is never easy, Oleksiy and his team got it right.
