I sent a deal through kijiji for a car they had available. Called the next day to look into it because they didnt answer my message. The guy Michael says there might be a deposit on it, let me call you back to let you know. Never calls ma back. I go there couple hours later and tells me the car has a deposit, and tells me he will let me know by the same night or the next morning what happens to it. If it leaves or not he was supposed to call me. Never calls me and the car is unavailable. Worst customer service ever. Do not go there

I bought a 2017 Audi Q5 in June 2021 from Auto Alex. The sales process was easy and straight-forward. Adam, the sales rep, welcomed me and made me feel comfortable to go for a road test drive on my own, which was a very positive surprise. The car was listed below price and it was a great deal overall. Once the sale was concluded, I had my doubts on how the after sales service could potentially be if I ever needed it. When I went to see my car mechanic last fall for the tires change, he let me know that the brakes needed to be changed, despite the very low mileage done since purchasing the car. I contacted Auto Alex, and Mike - the general manager - accepted right away to change the brakes pads + discs at their expense, at the moment of my choice. I finally went this morning, and not only they did the "repair" as promised, but the car mechanic took the time to go for a quick drive with me and make sure that everything is fine. I can now confirm that both their sales and after sale service are great! Thanks again!

Just bought a car from this place and was very impressed. Very professional, and respectful. They didn’t put any pressure on me to buy. Ask for Chris, he was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. It was my first time coming here but it won’t be my last. Extremely happy with the service and my new car.

They don’t know how to deal they don’t know how to respect. They leaked my number on Google Reviews i used to get threatened calls take your comment back. The worst car dealership you will ever come across. I hope the owner of this place is quick to see what’s happening with his staff. Completely unacceptable. I can’t deny this place started as best and was recommended but now they don’t even care.
