Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre Seaplane Terminal

I like this airline, very competent pilots and service group. OK late a few times but no real problem, always given a good reason for the delay plus an apology. Aircraft always kept meticulously clean and particularly the windows are nice and clean.

Amazing place. Very lively and energetic place with amazing people always hanging out here. Live music and I can eve n describe how amazing their Mahony Platter is, you need to try it for sure. Lovely place with amazing staff. 100% recommend this place.

I flew from Victoria to Vancouver with this company, it was a great experience. Although the weather was a little bit windy but there was no big bumps at all. I felt totally safe and comfortable. They have so experience pilots and customer service. Thanks for a wonderful flight experience that you provide.

Re: Harbour Air scenic flight : sadly, this is the worst money I've spent in Canada. After paying $200+ for this short scenic flight we did not feel welcomed at all (although no one was rude) and it felt like buying a regular train ticket and simply getting on without anyone really giving a damn or making the experience memorable given the high cost of the flight - and as a commercial pilot myself with many thousands of hours experience I can say that the pilot was not sympathetic to helping me and my wife sit together after another group of people who all knew each other took all of the seats, a seat to themselves basically, and kept me and my wife split up which was totally unnecessary - the pilot also kept the float plane at 500 feet for more than half the flight which makes a scenic flight utterly pointless given how low we were - I can confirm, again as a fully qualified commercial pilot, that our Harbour Air scenic flight pilot broke regulations with how low he was flying over terrain (not water, terrain, in a float plane) - the pilot also pulled turns that were far too aggressive for a passenger flight. Their facilities are nice, but unfortunately there is no way possible that I can recommend scenic flights by this company to anyone. Very sadly, me and my wife are totally and thoroughly disappointed in every way, and if I thought there was any way I could get a refund I would have done it.

Excellent place to rent a bike. $8 CAD/hour is the going rate. They coincidentally had some sort of discount and I only paid $21 CAD for 4 hours. They fit you with a bike that's right for you. It comes complete with helmet and lock so you can stop for food or pictures at any time. My bike was a little squeaky (they probably could've oiled the chain a bit) but overall I was very satisfied. One of the best values I spent on my vacation in Canada!
