National Car & Truck Sales - North Vancouver

We were very pleased with National Car Sales and in particular the great service from both Bobby and Todd, the sales managers. They were very patient and allowed us to test drive their 2017 cars on our own and very helpful in guiding us through the cars features. After purchasing a car Bobby ensured the car was in immaculate condition for us to drive off. A week later he followed up with phone calls and mailed a missing hub detail we hadn’t noticed. Highly recommended!

Just a follow up review, My daughter and I went to North Vancouver National car sales to buy a car for her last August. She bought a 2015 Chevy Cruise that day from Bobby. The whole experience was awesome! Not only did we get a good price the staff made this a really easy process unlike dealing with most other car sales. Anyway, I wanted to write a follow up. 6 months later and car is running great and couldn't be happier with it, just wanted to let you know and we'll be back when its time for replacing my wife's car soon. I was in a difficult ICBC situation and needed a car immediately after my old Hyundai was destroyed. I bought my 2007 Hyundai Accent through National Car Sales 9 years ago and absolutely loved it (lasted me forever with minimal repairs). I ended up purchasing a beautifully maintained 2016 Hyundai Accent with low KM through Bobby and Todd. They were very helpful in assisting me with insurance transfer/ financing options with a kind and friendly approach. My experience makes me feel very confident in my decision. I would highly recommend National Car Sales for anyone looking for a newer car that is affordable and excellent quality.

I would highly recommend National Car and Truck sales - North Vancouver to anyone looking for a no pressure honest sales team. I walked in looking for a company van and was shown the ones that were on sale at the time. My sales rep Bobby Der was helpful and took care of everything making it quick and easy. When I went back to pickup the van it was cleaned inside and out as well as full of fuel!

Excellent customer service, excellent communication. I was impressed by the quality of the vehicles. Very appreciative of the service provided to me particularly by Bobby Der. The entire process was seamless.
