After searching high and low across BC & Alberta for a Jeep Wrangler that fit my needs, I decided to place a factory order with this dealership and I'm so happy I did! I'm from Prince George, but did not have a great experience with the dealership in town which is why I chose to look elsewhere also due to lack of inventory. I worked with Chris B. at Foundation Chrysler and cannot say enough good things about him. It felt more like dealing with a friend who has your back vs. a car salesman just trying to make a sale. This was my first time buying a brand new car, so it was important for me to work with someone who I felt like I could trust. Chris was great at communicating especially considering I was from out of town, gave me an awesome deal, and was overall just a gem of a human to work with! They even delivered my vehicle from Squamish to Prince George for FREE when everywhere else wanted to charge me a delivery fee. 10/10 would recommend working with Chris to find you the perfect vehicle!
Big shout out to our sales Lyndsey and manager Paul for helping us to get our brand new Wrangler JLU! Very nice people here; professional, reasonable, and chill. Lyndsey even went the extra mile coming all the way from Squamish on her day off, just to meet us and hand us the key when we went to pick up the car next day. Fawzi from financing office was also very efficient with his work, got everything worked out for us in minutes and explained all the details. We shopped around a couple Jeep dealerships before I went here. Foundation was actually the furthest one away from us. But reason for choosing them in the end: 1. they like to work with you, unlike a lot of other dealerships in this current market that just try to grab the most money they possibly can; 2. they aren't pushy. Ended up with a very reasonable deal on the new car and our trade in. Everything was seamless with our purchase experience, and would definitely recommend anyone shopping for a jeep to give them a try!
Nema ensured he answered our questions as first time Jeep owners correctly and timely. Although a couple details were missed on delivery day, Darius the sales manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a somewhat positive experience! Thanks to everyone involved!
Very satisfied with the customer service and product at Foundation Jeep! My sales advisor Nima was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. He followed up with me after my purchase and answered more of my questions. The finance manager Fawzi took his time and helped me to understand everything. He was also very friendly and kind. This is my 3rd Wrangler over the years and I am so happy to back in the Jeep game! It’s so easy to drive around the city because of the manoeuvrability and turning radius of my 2 door. Parking is a breeze. The Willys 2 door capabilities meets all my off road needs; When you combine its light weight, short wheelbase and nimbleness that is powered by the V6 e torque with an 8 speed automatic transmission, set up on 32 inch tires, with limited slip rear differential and Jeeps traction control/brake lock differential feature it makes for a machine that will take me everywhere I want to go. This Jeep also has the off-road cruise control which does all the braking and gas for me, while it is engaged and in 4 low. I’ve tried it a few times and I love it! All I have to do is steer! I’ve seen videos of what the base model Wrangler JLs can do off road and they have really impressed me, my Willys trim gives me a little more help in the bush. I love the upgraded Alpine sound system, cruise control, back up camera, heated seats, AC, power windows and door locks, power mirrors, and the remote starter. I’ll probably never leave the Jeep family ever again!
I was contemplating between Jeep and a few other brands until I met Nima at Foundation. He made the process easy and smooth, told him what I was looking for and what I need that would fit within a specific budget, and he found it! Took delivery of my 2022 Jeep Cherokee Altitude on Saturday and have been in love with it since! Highly recommend Nima to anyone who is searching for a new car.
I booked an appointment for a simple oil change. I've usually gone over to Coquitlam dodge dealership but as they have moved to Port Coquitlam, I decided to give this dealership a shot since I live in North Van. I know everything is more expensive in North Shore, but didn't expect to pay 123.63 for simple oil change on the Ram 1500. I had same service done last year and was charged 74.04. I've brought this up but response was meh, it is what it is. To show the difference, I'm uploading both of my invoice from 2 dealerships. Needless to say, buyers beware.
All the Foundation NV team is professional and extremely welcoming. I bought a used car a year ago, a Jeep Renegade, which I sold to the same team this year. Lindsey Sutton has been truly tremendously supportive. Her welcoming, her expertise, her benevolence were greatly appreciated. I bought my car a fair price and Lyndsay bought it back from me for a fair price as Well . leaving Canada in 2 weeks I was able to benefit from a loan car until my daughter's school is over. I was able to have the car checked three times this year and the whole service team has been just as professional.. You are always welcomed with a smile, a coffee and more than a customer you feel a bit like a guest. Lindsay got some flowers from her management to congratulate her for her new citizenship ! Good management makes wonderful staff and then Happy customers. We can feel that there is an inclusive and equity environnement . Took my Ram 3500 in for diagnostic and repair. I advised the dealer what was going on, they diagnosed the problem and confirmed it. Unfortunately in my case the whole dash of my truck needed to come out to fix the issue. I was nervous about this because taking apart a $80,000 truck is not easy, and I didn't want any squeaks or rattles after. But I was super pleasantly surprised, the guys did an awesome job, and got the truck back to me quicker than I expected given the complexity of the repair. Price was as they quoted, and they even put my accessories like Land Mobile Radio, and other aftermarket equipment right back in without any issues. I also noticed that they did a nicer job tidying some of the wires under my dash than I had done when I originally installed some of the stuff. Great to see when someone takes the time to do something right and takes pride in their work. These guys are awesome. One final note their text notification service is fantastic, I dont often take my vehicles in for general service as I do it myself, but this made things really easy conversing with the service advisor.
I am so pleased with the service Foundation Auto provided. Not only were they willing to look at my vehicle despite not even purchasing it at their dealership, they also accommodated my car being towed to their lot a few days after Christmas even though they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the following week. They were incredible with communication, took the time to explain things to me, gave an incredibly accurate breakdown of what the cost of services would look like, and generally made sure I was in the loop the entire time. I was assured that if the issue wasn’t resolved I could bring my car back and they’d take care of it. There are no doubts in my mind that they took as good care of my car as they did my peace of mind. I will happily return for any work needed in the future.
I’m a long-term customer. On my most recent visit the maintenance service for the 40,000 km service cost $1400. Foundation service advised that one of my windshield washer nozzles was not working. I found it strange since I used the windshield washer on the way down to the dealership and it worked fine. When I checked after I got the truck home I found that the Nozzle had been broken underneath the hood. It is obvious to me that this got broken while they were servicing the engine. When I called the service department about this issue the first person I talk to said they wouldn’t replace the nozzle without charging me, which he said was $62. I asked to speak to the service manager who then denied that it could’ve been broken by them and refused to do anything to repair it at no cost. He then told me it was $120 part. I told him that a replacement part could be purchased on Amazon for about $10. Although it is not Mopar it’s just a washer nozzle so it should be fine. when I told the service manager of this his comment was “well then maybe you should deal with Amazon.“ I asked him if he really wanted to lose a customer over a $10 part. He continued to refuse to deal with this issue and was extremely rude. I have since purchased the $10 part from Amazon and installed it myself and it works fine. I will never deal with foundation again. I can’t believe that on a $1400 service visit they would not replace the broken nozzle automatically, being such a small value part.
