Long time renter here. fantastic view, concrete building, balcony, garden with tennis courts, and gated underground parking. a special shout out to maintenance and building operations staff! quick service and efficient with rental portal and email updates. only downside over 400 suite so a lot of dissrespectful tenants leaving trash behined but most are very friendly and helpful

This place is the worst. Fire alarms go off weekly because of loose wiring I’ve heard but it could just be the drug users. Red ants are everywhere. Packages have been stolen more than once. We have “security” now but that still hasn’t stopped the mail theft. The cheaper rent might be appealing but it’s not worth it!

Great location to stay. It's my 3rd time to stay in this complex. 1st was from 2010 to 2016, I stayed in low rise building 221. 2nd was whenmy family and I is in transition to moved in our 2nd property, I stayed in tower A. I still rent until now in the complex in one of their commercial space. Staff are great to deal with, if you request for anything, they will assure that it is attended in timely manner.

My specials thanks to Property Managers Steve and Natasha for responding on their own time over weekend to solve my lost keys situation. I can not be more thankful for help they offered after 9 PM. The building is good, secured with cameras, underground's parking and cleaned daily, incredible views of Burrard inlet, proximity to downtown and Park Royal.

Manager Natalia is great and very helpful! She helps a lot with all my questions and solve any problem very quickly. I am very thankful for her help whenever I need it , and strongly recommend to refer to her with any questions you have. She is the best manager.

The poorest security building ever!! All my parcels which I ordered were stolen and nobody is responsible!! Causes it doesn't have any buzzer or even door in mail area! it look likes that the postman put the parcel in the street!!!

SLum:Lords - worst MGT company ever - beside the elevators always being out. One elevator for a tower of 26 floors. 1st of the month is super fun. trying doing laundry. Once you are in the Landlord will not do much for you in the way of upgrades or repairs unless you take them to court. i lived there for 6 years as I had a large dog and the suite itself was great- beautiful view. The landlord - a nightmare - greedy disgusting vile. The crime in 2016 - car break ins weekly and the landlord doesnt care. Heaven forbid they get security although they state in the rental ads that they have it. mailroom broken into 3 times in less than two months. My car twice in less than 2 months. I had 20 court cases in 6 years - two at the supreme court cause I will not be intimidated by their threats. I also work in Real Estate so I know my rights. But for people with english as a second language - beware. Full max rent increase every year. The international plaza has great views and wonderful tenants but that is it. The building is old. Red Ants in the summer. Old cabinets with fresh paint not worth the hefty rental rates. Dealing with the MGT - the worst. They are pure evil - greed greed greed - they will do anything for a penny. I lived without proper running hot water for 1.5 years. The MGT doesnt go by the law - they are so corrupt.

Natalia is the best manager I ever knew. She’s very helpful when you need it! She helped me multiple times when I needed it. I’ve had a problem with heating and she resolved this issue in a matter of days!

Great building and location! For students, young professionals, small families or seniors. I confidently moved my mom here and she loves it.

Besides location which still isn’t great. The whole building is crawling in red ants no matter how many times you tell them about the issue they don’t go away. Not to mention that the water gets shut off at least 4 times a month “due to maintenance”.
