Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

Hidden gem in North Vancouver. That's the other side from most hotels. The hotel is surrounded by multiple eatery choices and has its own superb yet modestly advertised lobby restaurant. It's rooms views are superb. The restaurant overlooks a hub hub of local life.

The hotel read my review while I was still staying and phoned me about my concerns. They immediately came with dishes and removed the alcohol from our fridge.nI was very impressed.nnAmazing pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. All working and in good condition

We had a room with a gorgeous harbour view. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a pool to swim laps, but it was quite cold to just hang out in there is a hot tub and sauna though. We tried breakfast at the lobby restaurant eggs benny and a breakfast plate. It was not our favourite - it tasted just okay and sat quite heavy. Luckily there are plenty of eats in easy walking distance. Recommend this hotel for the location, cleanliness, and nice rooms!

Nice hotel. Have no complaints about the room, very comfortable and decently clean. Just got a basic room and was happy with it. View was incredible. I did not check out the pool and hot tub so cannot speak to that. The lobby bar was awesome, dining side was meh in terms of food but service was amazing. All the staff I encountered were friendly and hardworking. I'd go back for sure.

The hotel offers standard rooms, which were decent but I personally prefer rooms with large bathtubs. However, spending a long weekend swimming and using the hot tub at the hotel was enjoyable. The reception staff was friendly and professional, especially the gentleman at the P level of the health club, who was very warm and helpful. The service at the lobby restaurant was satisfactory.
