Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

I stayed over Christmas. The area is very busy at this time of year but, once you navigate your car through the traffic and into the underground parking, pretty much everything you could want is within walking distance. I stayed in a harbour view king room. Very spacious with a nice balcony, spotlessly clean and well equipped with a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge you can actually use to store things. Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient and I was very impressed with the housekeeping. Somehow they managed to service my room every day I stayed three nights while I was at breakfast. I wasn’t that long but I never came back to an unmade bed. Very impressive.nCouple of tips for the gym/pool. There are lockers but you have to bring your own lock. And pool rules are ONE towel per person.. even if you’re the only person there. They’re very strict on that policy.nI found the Lobby restaurant disappointing- have posted a separate review. The servers were excellent but the food was a let down. Maybe they were just overwhelmed by the numbers. That being said, I ordered room service on Christmas night. Something I’d never normally do but I wasn’t feeling well. They warned me that my order could take over an hour.. which I didn’t mind as I felt bad for ordering in the first place. The food showed up in just over 45 minutes which I thought was amazing. So while the food itself was disappointing, I can’t fault the service.nAll in all, I highly recommend this hotel and will probably return next year.

We had an amazing experience at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier Christmas Brunch. Unfortunately, I only managed to snap a photo of the chocolate fountain—but trust me, everything was outstanding.nnFrom the food to the service, it was a solid 10/10. The spread was incredible and beautifully executed. My personal favourites were the roast beef, the omelette station, and the French toast with strawberries—all absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much I went back for five plates no regrets.nnThe staff were attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly despite how busy it was. The atmosphere felt festive, warm, and well-organized.nnWe will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend this Christmas brunch to anyone looking for a top-tier holiday dining experience.

We attended the Christmas buffet here. The hotel ballroom and buffet presentation were lovely. The staff, and in particular, the host, were excellent, going above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The buffet selection was not the largest as far as hotel buffets go, but still, it was more than abundant, and what was there, was of very high quality and looked like it was cooked in-house, including the really good beef roast. I could easily make the Pinnacle Pier xmas buffet a new annual family tradition!nnBased on our experience today, I would highly recommend their event space and catering for both weddings and corporate events. And of course, their Christmas buffet.

We had such a great experience on November 23rd, sunday brunch at your establishment thanks to our server Gabriella. Even on a busy day, she was attentive, patient, and incredibly friendly. She checked on us at the perfect times, made sure we had everything we needed, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude!! Her service truly made our visit stand out. Coming from a hospitality environment myself, I know what a great service should feel like! Thanks Gabriella for making our day better, you’re amazing at what you do! We will definitely be back! We hope to see you as our server again!

Wow! We were really happy with Pinnacle Hotel. We stayed over a week here and it was very comfortable like a home away from home.nnWe normally choose to stay at Seaside hotel but this time we gave Pinnacle a try. It was a pleasant surprise. Although the hotel is older, it is very clean and the customer service is superb. The parking included on the BC resident rate is well worth it.nnA special shoutout to Manny at the front desk and Elena from housekeeping who really took care of us! We appreciate it
