Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

As a VIP guest of the Pinnacle Hotel Lobby Restaurant, which is conveniently located near my home, I've been a loyal patron since the restaurant first opened. I often bring friends and family here because of the great ambiance and delicious food.nnHowever, about two years ago, I noticed a decline in quality. The food tasted off, and the prices were still quite high. I even bought two meal vouchers for Easter once, but the experience was so disappointing that I decided to stop going.nnRecently, about two months ago, I gave it another try due to a special occasion, and I was genuinely surprised by the improvement. The ambiance was just as lovely as before, the staff was professional and friendly, and the food was delicious again. I found out they have a new manager who has really turned things around, and the service staff, even though they’re new, were fantastic.nnI’m now happy to support this restaurant again and will continue to do so, especially since it’s local. I definitely recommend it to my neighbors. The hotel lobby staff also greet guests with warm smiles, making the whole experience even better.....

We spent 4 nights at the Pinnacle on the Pier and truly enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect for watching the water, we even had whales swim by while we were there. We never ate at the hotel however if you like greek food there is a great restaurant right across the street from it!nWe had a harbour view room and loved it! Absolutely worth it. The room was comfortable, incredibly clean and well stocked. The balcony was sufficient albeit very small. The only suggestion I could offer is to maybe have two small chairs on the balconies.nWe loved everything about the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I had the absolute pleasure of hosting my company’s leadership team offsite at the Pinnacle Hotel last week, and it was a truly fabulous, flawlessly executed, week-long event.nnFrom the very start, I worked closely with Joanne Sales Manager and Leah Catering Manager, who were both incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. They made everything seamless and stress-free, and their attention to detail ensured the event ran perfectly from start to finish.nnThe hotel rooms were lovely and easy to book, and the private space set up for our daily meetings was exactly what we needed — comfortable, professional, and well-equipped. The catering team delivered exceptional service every day — warm, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and always timed just right.nnThe hotel itself is modern, clean, and conveniently located, but what really sets it apart is the team. Their hospitality made the experience truly memorable.nnWhether you're planning a business event or a vacation stay, I would highly recommend the Pinnacle Hotel. It was a fantastic experience all around!

We recently enjoyed the Happy Hour at The Pinnacle hotel at the Pier and just wanted to give a shout out to the new manager Rob.nHe introduced himself, welcomed us and ensured that all our needs were met.nWe live in the area and regularly visit this location enjoying the food and drinks coupled with the personalized and attentive staff servicing.nThis is our go to place to meet friends.

Fantastic hotel! Booked a room as a gift for my son and his wife for their wedding weekend. They were upgraded and given chocolate covered strawberries. Service was amazing. I have severe allergies and the restaurant was very accomodating. The room was beautiful and clean. You can't get a better area or view! It really made the weekend very, very special. I have already booked a room for next year! Love it. Highly recommend!
