Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

We recently had our wedding at the Pinnacle Hotel and we wish to express our deepest gratitude and admiration for the outstanding professionalism, dedication, and heart demostrated by Tracey Maris, the Wedding Coordinator at the Pinnacle Hotel.nTracey has saved our wedding and made sure that I was taken care of as a bride. I can genuinely say that the wedding would not have been as successful if it was not for Tracey.nnMy guests repeatedly commented how beautiful the wedding was, and I felt very thankful that the reception went so smoothly. I sincerely hope that Tracey recives the recognition that she deserves. We were also taken great care of, being treated like VIP clients. Food has been amazing, which the hotel is actually known for the buffet selection and desserts were spectacular. The hotel was super accommodating with our guests that had severe nut allergies and or vegan.nnOur only criticism that we can think of is that the ballroom is slightly outdated and you may require more decorations, however the food and overall service makes up for that.nnIf anyone is interested for their wedding, I highly reccomend reaching out to Tracey Maris, who will make sure that you are not just a client, but rather like family. This was a nice hotel to stay in. The Lobby restaurant was great, delicious food! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. Beds were very hard and not comfortable for me, but that is my only negative. The location is right across the street from the ferry to the cruise ships and lots of food and shopping are within walking distance.

As a VIP guest of the Pinnacle Hotel Lobby Restaurant, which is conveniently located near my home, I've been a loyal patron since the restaurant first opened. I often bring friends and family here because of the great ambiance and delicious food.nnHowever, about two years ago, I noticed a decline in quality. The food tasted off, and the prices were still quite high. I even bought two meal vouchers for Easter once, but the experience was so disappointing that I decided to stop going.nnRecently, about two months ago, I gave it another try due to a special occasion, and I was genuinely surprised by the improvement. The ambiance was just as lovely as before, the staff was professional and friendly, and the food was delicious again. I found out they have a new manager who has really turned things around, and the service staff, even though they’re new, were fantastic.nnI’m now happy to support this restaurant again and will continue to do so, especially since it’s local. I definitely recommend it to my neighbors. The new menu, including the dessert options, was delightful. Our family came to visit us and they stayed at this hotel. Best location at the shipyards, beautiful rooms and amenities. Their customer service is outstanding, Manny went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a special event in town, and I would like to give a huge thank you to Hans at the front desk. He always greeted us with a big smile, was super friendly. Another special thanks to Eric, the hotel’s maintenance manager, who went above and beyond to help us with our event vehicles and made sure we had convenient parking access. We also appreciate the other wonderful staff members who supported us along the way. Truly great service that made our experience even better!
