This is a long history of good market while next to the public transit. The first time that I went to this market was 1986. They are still under the renovation now but remain open.  The food court is small and not roomy while now.  Hopefully, they will finish it nicely later.nIf you are a visitor, this is a good spot for you since there are lots of things to do and see.  It takes you only a few minutes walk to the Shipyard Plaza.  Don't miss this area.  They offer free skate in winter.nThey had a big good view outdoor seating area around the old food court year ago.  The ceiling high windows all around is good for the customers sitting inside but we still have nice view.  The window can be closed or opened depends on the weather.  This is  a really lovely eating area for all.nThere are many restaurants, bakeries, sweet, ice-cream and shops in the market. We didn't find any seafood and fresh produce fruits like before.nIt's more likely a food place instead of market.nIf you look for quick food, this is the best place for you.

As i look at the reviews dating back years ago they reflect the once vibrant market, similar to Granville Island,  which unfortunately no longer exists. Long term tenants such as fish, vegetable and the small businesses upstairs the have slowly been eradicated in order to gentrify and allow for high end restaurants and other eateries. It boggles the mind to witness the years of non activity and lack of progress. I must commend the management for the recent glass covered roof on the North end of the Quay - - already it has begun to have plant life on it making it an ecological success and when it rains watch the waterfall cascading down the front of the entrance - the kids love it!nAwesome your not !

Many shops to explore and nice restaurants to try out. The outside yard by the sea is a great place to enjoy the scenery and appreciate the nice environment and great atmosphere to unwind, relax and enjoy any and various kinds of great delicious foods.

Went there with my friend to the Christmas market and it's such a cute little place. Reached there through sea bus, perfect place to spend your weekend if you don't want to spend too much. Love the ice skating rink

Nice market and area. Lots of shops and food places in the market as well as in the area. Worth a visit by the sea bus if your in the Vancouver area.
