Budget priced family clothing. Lots of selection, average quality and low to moderate pricing. Tried to text for 10% discount and it would not go through on my phone. Sales associate not helpful to make a decision of giving me the discount. Told me "not my problem" Very poor customer service! Not impressed
Repeat ahop here. Came a few weeks ago. Super deals on some sale items. I picked up some silk gowns for bed for my trip to Mexico to sleep. I actually think for evening wear very light and what a lingerie store would sell as sleep wear. I am not so up to date kn today's style bit works for me at only 5.00 a dress!!! Picked up for in size medium available in most sizes so I sticked up in orange, yellow and green.
Not disability or stroller friendly. Cannot make it in the store as their clothing racks are completely blocking the entrance and even if you did you can’t walk around the store because it’s so packed full of clothing racks there’s no room to fit in the aisles. Despicable that in this day and age such a large retailer isn’t disability friendly.
Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is pretty crowded. Price is not bad especially with discounts. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available.
Beware of inconsistent and incorrect prices. I do like the styles they have sometimes and their deals. However; almost every second time I visit, their prices are incorrectly marked at where they put on the racks. Every time I go there, I have to point out prices and they go to the rack and change the prices. And say sorry and that's it. I would recommend just shopping online when you can. Only go to the store if you have to try out sizes.
Actually the items are awesome, but when it comes to size..I found most of the wearables out of small/ extra small size.

Prices are ridiculous considering the low quality of the clothing. It's the exact same clothes you can get at Forever 21 or SheIn for triple the price.
Had a terrible experience today, I came in to grab one quick item and the store was fairly empty... Some lady wearing a checkered flannel, brown hair no name tag rudely pointed to the counter and told me to put my item down there. She seemed so dead inside, I've attached a picture of a receipt to this review to show the time, cashier/sales person #138569. Terrible customer service.... Pro tip don't work in customer service if you're lame at serving customers.
Extremely rude customer service! I came here last week with my girlfriend who was making a return. The white lady with eyelash extensions that had colours in it and brown hair was extremely rude to her, and had a massive attitude. My girlfriend was only returning around $50 worth of items so it wasn't a lot of stuff, but she kept rolling her eyes and sighing during the entire transaction which was very unprofessional! My girlfriend was also very polite during the transaction, she never once had an attitude back at her but she just did not seem like she enjoyed her job very much. Unfortunately, we will no longer be returning here because this was very unprofessional, and urban planet needs to train their employees better. we don't expect amazing service, we don't even expect you to be polite, but we do not appreciate the negative attitude.
