Absolutely appalling customer service. My partner went here looking for a dress and found four she couldn't decide between. An employee told her she could buy all four and bring them home, and return the other three for a refund once she had decided. This employee neglected to mention that Le Chateau only offers refunds for STORE CREDIT. When my partner and I went back to return three of the dresses, the employee refused to refund our purchase and told us the other employee made a mistake. We told her that we shouldn't be held responsible for the mistake of one of their employees, and that we certainly wouldn't have bought the dresses if we knew we couldn't be refunded! But she still refused to refund us or help us in any way. I can't believe that the first employee sold my partner those dresses *knowing* her intentions and *knowing* she would not be able to get a proper refund. I can't believe the employee today didn't immediately give us a refund when we explained our situation to her. Le Chateau basically robbed us of hundreds of dollars and the employees were completely unsympathetic.

A somewhat pricey shop, but great sweaters and dresses! You can find good classy clothes in this shop.

Would give a negative star if I could for their terrible customer service. Not asking for much, but at least have the decency to be polite. Workers/managers sounded like they hated working there.

Went with my boyfriend to try on a blazer I ordered online and instead got no greeting, and was followed as if I was going to shoplift!
