As some of the reviews stated Lynda should not be managing this store. She refused my return 5 days after the purchase. This happened 2 times before, I had to return the items to another Levi's store in West Vancouver truly best customer service @westvancouverlevis I escalated to corporate, they are aware of complaints online and through clients Calling the line about Lynda. Again IMO the manager Lynda is not representing Levi's brand and the Visions of the corporation. I strongly suggest this store should take action to prevent her from pushing people away from Levi's brand. Overall store is good 4 stars, management is 1star at best. FYI, this store is a franchise therefore management is not catering to public.
I bought a pair of jeans online last week which did not fit me, so I went to the store to return it. The manager there, I believe her name is Lynda, straight up said no to accepting the return because "we are not taking any returns as of today, it will start tomorrow" There was nothing mentioned on the website about the store not doing returns till a specific date or at a specific location. I asked her why, and her response was "Yeah, no returns as of today" The sheer audacity of turning away a customer because you do not feel like processing a return is appalling. Mind you, the store was so empty you could drop a needle and hear it across the mall. And the store reps are so disinterested with their empty faces, they would stand around talking to each other, but would not greet you or ask you if you need help. Never going back! Rather go to the outlet store at Templeton, amazing service and good collection.
I got black pants for gift in surrey. I asked to staff “It can be exchange ANY location ?” then she said YES . That’s way I decided to buy the pants. And I went to Metrotown location for exchange.but it’s the staff wear glasses lady said can’t exchange due to different system with sigh of disappointment. What should I do ? I just got refund, She didn’t give me receipt too. I had bad experience in my life. I won’t come back.
Two staff members blatantly bad mouthing customers while other people are shopping, very uncomfortable for us.. didn't stick around to shop anymore.

I wish there was option for 0 or something in negative. Few minutes ago i went to this store with my friend to buy some jeans and tops. First no one came to help us then we asked if we can try , my friend was showing her fits. ..so I just went inside that fitting room to see her …quickly sales associate came and said in a very rude tone 2 people are not allowed. I advised her to be respectful and she can also say politely . She rolled her eyes. I asked to speak with manager n got same response from her. That was clearly sign of racism.
Terrible customer service. There were 5 staffs and didn't even say hi. They were chatting each other and saw me walking in and ignored me. Not going back
I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I was very disappointed at the way I was treated. The manager at this location, her name is Lynda Narayan. I went to make an exchange and she accused me of lying about me wearing the pair of jeans, it was loud and humiliating. My intention when going into the store was to purchase another pair, but after the way she spoke to me and treated me, her tone was so disrespectful- nothing about it was friendly, or related to customer service. I walked out of there and will never go back to make a purchase at that location. Reading the other comments in this thread...I am really surprised she is still working there.
Surprisingly enough, it was my first time at a Levi's store. I knew nothing about the products and what option would fit well with my body type. There was a lady with a red ponytail Olivia? who was extremely helpful and gave me a terrific explanation of all the different products. She also gave her personal suggestion, for my specific body type, and periodically checked to see if the sizes fit and how I liked them. Needless to say, I'm hooked! :
