Uniqlo

It's a nice shopping experience at Metrotown Uniqlo. Products are organized nicely. As always, good quality at a reason price. Greatly recommend!

Great experience at Uniqlo! I was struggling to find a pair of jeans that fit my legs but a certain customer service representative named "Bryan" assisted me in finding the right fit, as well as explaining the materials of each of the garments. Though the store was bustling, he did not hesitate to offer tremendous 1-1 service. Would shop again!

Poor customer experience & inflexible exchange policy. I was in the store recently and was hoping to exchange an item. Unfortunately the store doesn't accept exchanges once 30 days have passed. Typically with other retailers (such as Banana Republic, Gap, Nordstrom, The Bay, etc.) allow their customers flexiblity. Unfortuately this is not the case with Uniqlo. Their "store manager" was incredibly unhelpful as well as their online customer service team. It really is disappointing since I've shopped at multiple Uniqlo stores in the past and didn't experience this lackadaisical attitude. I will never spend another dollar at Uniqlo.

Neat and well organized clothes, but it's a bit confused to see mixed men's and women's clothes in two floors. Decent prices for good quality of clothes. The cashiers are incredibly fast and excellent.

Awesome free alternation for pants! EVERY hanger (except pant hangers) has a color coded size tag that way you don't have to check every single item to find your size. That's impressive for a large store this amount of product. Women's blouses are big in the arms.
