My favourite place to shop for my son. They are always very polite and helpful,, on my last visit the sales clerk helped me pair a couple of shirts with some khakis I bought in another store and we're very welcoming.

I usually give this place a 4 star rating or customer service..but I knocked off 2 stars for the bad customer service I recieved the last time I purchased something left me a little bitter. I guess I got a black sheep. The seemed she hated her job, no eye contact really, and def not a friendly smile. I'll turn to other Boathouse locations like Tswassen mills. Their staff seem 3 times as friendly. :/. Cya!

Very cool store with great staff! My first time in the store, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I bought some clothes made by 10 Trees, and was told when I register online - ten trees will be planted somewhere in the world for every article I bought. I'll definitely be back again, thanks guys!
