They don’t answer the phone head office answer is, there too busy,I walk in there and it’s not busy. It’s called pure laziness! What’s the point of a phone if your not gonna answer it! What if the costumer wants a size and they go in there and the size is not there? Stores like you shouldn’t be in business and you sell coats with real goose down feathers? Shame on you!

If you want to look stylish in Vancouver, Aritzia is one of the top destinations for classic pieces! I had great customer service at this location and when I called the store a staff member picked up immediately to check up on my order. Highly recommend shopping here! Its such a nice open space and doesn't get very busy :)!

Once again, phone. But yeah, I dont really understand how they manage to scam people with their over priced clothing, yet dont manage to train their enployees properly. Also, they really have issues with their passive-aggressiveness which I have not seen like any other place Ive been served. Sometimes I stay clear of this place just because of that (make me feel really insecure), but they have some nice clothing styles tho and nice jackets (not real fur ones)

Do not go to this store with children !!! The music is constantly loud, with uncensored dirty words. Waited for his wife 30 minutes, left the store with a headache. But the staff is very friendly.
