The Urban Garage is a boutique auto dealership which sells and leases all makes of new and pre-owned luxury and performance vehicles.

Story

While we specialize and maintain an inventory of fine, pre-owned luxury and performance cars, we also act as a broker in obtaining any make of new vehicle at reduced prices. For more information on this service see our New Vehicle Sales section. The Urban Garage also sells automotive accessories and services and makes and models of cars at Urban Garage Tire & Service. We are located in the heart of Ambleside in West Vancouver at 1439 Clyde Avenue.

Do not trust this people, I gave them 5000.00 deposit fro the car I changed my mined in one hours, when I asked for my money they refused to return my money and told me whenever they sale the car they will return my money.

An excellent boutique that strives to meet your needs! The staff are very enthusiastic and passionate about the cars they sell. Very relaxed atmosphere, not pushy or forceful to make a sale.

They do carry a few luxury and sport cars however the sales team is not really one of their strengths! I called to inquire about a vehicle they have in stock, set up and appointment, went there and met the sales rep that I spoke with. Up till now everything sounds and looks normal. What is not is the lack of follow up even though I was told by the sales agent that I would be called. I had to call twice after that visit to inquire about the vehicle and was told, again, that I would be contacted to keep me in the loop in case the car gets sold or not to someone else and whether my preliminary offering on it was accepted or not. Not a single phone call whatsoever from them. I was not happy about that experience and took my business somewhere else. I cannot seem to recall the sales agent name but I am sure this was just that agent's issue not the whole team otherwise those guys would definitely be out of business by now.

Dealt with Endre from Urban Garage. Returned my calls promptly and gave great comfortable and reliable service. They were knowledgeable and had great experience with freight transportation (since I was from another province). Highly recommend this place and especially Endre. Thank you again. - Julien
