Recently bought a Golf from Capilano. The sales experience was first rate. Shaun was patient and professional, giving us time and information to make an informed decision. It's a nice big car dealer at North Vancouver who sells new Volks Wagon branded and used/pre-owned multi branded vehicles. Well organized floor layout. They also have mechanic shop for servicing their sold cars. Not sure about the service quality VS their pricing. They provide good customer service with free coffee and water to drink.

My wife and I bought a 2017 VW dune last year. We sat with Ali Bani-Sadr, he went through all the features and answered all our questions. There was never any pressure from him to buy the car. Most people come away from the car shopping experience with a negative feeling. Not us, we enjoyed it, enjoyed dealing with Ali. Once we decided to purchase the Dune, dealing with the finance and insurance reps, we drove away happy and excited about the new car. Thank you Capilano VW, and that you Ali for a very positive vehicle purchase experience.

I’ve worked in luxury hospitality for 15 years and the level of service I received from Bob in sales and Moe in the service department felt like I was in one of my hotels. There aren’t enough words to justify their professionalism, transparency, and efficiency. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, then simply (and quickly) found a way to not only meet but far exceed my expectations. No exhausting mucking about here, thank goodness!

Nice place, but I seem to have been missed in the showroom. I'm giving a 5 star, but I shouldn't. The receptionist was excellent though. I was inquiring about a job, I am interested in showing what motivation and great service can do for business.
