I was very impressed with the service I received from Maurice Beasant. He was waiting at the entrance to the dealership when I arrived for our scheduled appointment – that was a good start! Maurice couldn’t have made the process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing my new Mercedes any easier. He answered all my questions, even helped me move items from my old car to the new and did an excellent job of setting up my new vehicle prior to me taking it from the dealership. I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend him - an absolutely top class sales and leasing consultant for Mercedes-Benz.

Very nice Sales Staff, Maurice was very knowledgeable about all different options and availability of vehicles and costs. he was very helpful and quick to answer all different questions, before, during, and after purchase. I highly recommend this dealer if you chose Mercedes as your purchase. However make sure you spend enough time behind all the electronics options of your car because Mercedes has made thinks so confusing and difficult for operations in their 2018 GLC that its unbelievable.

Over the past 3 years we have purchased 3 vehicles from Mercedes Benz North Vancouver. We service all our Mercedes there, as well. We have been thoroughly satisfied with both our sales and service experience. We want to single out Maurice Beasant, our salesperson, who did a superb job of finding the right vehicles for our needs and getting us an excellent deal on those vehicles. He listens carefully and takes the time to understand what you are looking for and then bends over backwards to find you the right vehicle at the right price. He is also a great resource for figuring things out in these new high tech vehicles after you have purchased. Whenever a question arises he is happy to help. He is very knowledgeable about the technology and functions of the whole line of vehicles. In addition, he is a low-key, no pressure kind of salesperson with a down-to-earth manner which we were very pleased with. We would not hesitate to go to him again the next time we purchase a Mercedes.

We love our new Mercedes C43 AMG!!! Beautiful, fast and sporty. When me and my husband first saw it we had to have it if the price was right and our salesman Maurice Beasant was exceptional! He did not pressure us in any way. He was easy to deal with and very caring! The staff at Mercedes were great and pleasant. We highly recommend Maurice at MBNV. Great Job Maurice!!
