North Vancouver Mitsubishi is the only Mitsubishi store located in Vancouver. It was formerly known as North Vancouver Suzuki which has been family owned and operated since 1992. We're easy to deal with and price our vehicles to sell.

North Van Mitsubishi and Suzuki has been a family-owned and operated dealer since 1992. We have sold over 5,000 new and used vehicles and counting. Our dealership has been the best rated for customer satisfaction in Western Canada and we pride ourselves on having excellent customer service. In additon to serving the community of North Vancouver with excellent Mitsubishi service, we also serve West Vancouver, Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton, Capilano, Lynn Valley, Lions Bay, Grouse Mountain, Deep Cove, Furry Creek, Sechelt and Bowen Island.

After working in the automotive industry for 9 years myself, I am always wary heading into a new dealership for sales or service. That being said, purchasing my new Mirage was the least stressful and most seamless process I could have hoped for. The salesman was well informed about the vehicle and let us take it on good length test drive without any pressure. The finance office went over all of our financing options and patiently waited as we determined what would work best for us. They stayed open late so that we could finish all of our paperwork and drive our new vehicle home the same night, saving us an extra trip down from Squamish. All in all it was a great experience. And as an added bonus, I really love the car!

The gentlemen in the parts dept here are AMAZING. Terry and Steve THANK YOU! These gentlemen went above and beyond any service I have ever gotten from a dealership or auto service ( I was in the auto industry for a bit). My wife had lost her key to her 09 lancer and we had gone to Metrotown Mitsubishi and gotten a new key cut($230). The key the parts guy there made didn't work AT ALL and they refused to do anything about it (so far). I called North Van Mitsubishi (the car was stuck downtown Vancouver with parking fees racking up) and they put me in touch with Steve in parts. He took the time and the patience to let me know exactly what had to be done and exactly what my options were at that point. He was nothing but straight to the point and real but extremely professional the 2 calls I had to make to him. It was almost closing time by the time the tow truck was on the way to Steve in north van. To our surprise when we got there Terry was there waiting for us (AFTER CLOSING :O!!). He took the time again even though they were closed to let us know what had to and what was going to be done to correct this problem. The next day we got a call bright and early that the car was ready. When we got there both Terry and Steve were amazing yet again in explaining what had been done and that our brand new $230 key was essentially garbage because of what Metro had done. BUT they took the time to figure out a solution from the parts bin and low and behold it worked! I will definitely be going back for any more needs on the Lancer or anything else Mitsubishi related. To the GENTLEMEN in the parts dept at Mitsubishi North Van. THANK YOU. You turned a crappy couple days and some crappy service into a smile on my wifes face (you guys saved me!). You went above and beyond and you definitely know your stuff. As a car guy I really appreciate how straight forward, and understanding you were and your willingness to work with us and not up sell or gouge us on anything. Again I thank you sooo much.

Never ended up purchasing a vehicle from them but I had outstanding effort from Rose. Awesome and sweet lady!

Good service. New Eclipe is hopefully the beginning of a trend of replacing a sorely out-dated and utterly boring and characterless line-up. Mitsubushi makes quality vehicles.

Great service this time. Helpful staff fixed problem caused by winter ice storm caught in engine air filter causing electronic errors of ASC off. Did not cost an arm and a leg either thanks
