Outstanding service! We purchased our MDX a couple of years ago from Northshore Acura. This is the best car dealership we have been with. We have had great experience with the sales and service teams. Sam was very knowledgeable and provided sincere advices to help us making decision. Special shout-out to service manager Gord and his team. You will always get warm welcome and greetings from Gord. I’ve done all regular maintenance on our MDX here. Faced with an strange error regarding automatic release braking system on my MDX2022 last Friday, called Acura roadside centre! She wasn't really knowledgable or simply didn't try to find maybe there might be some simple way to remove that error!  Supported by Sales Manager Araz on Saturday morning! I can truly say he is a face of North shore Acura!  It wasn't a first time that he valued my time, had a pleasant attitude, and provided knowledgeable and resourceful resources, BUT that he also took a step further to exceed rather than just meet my expectation! he went truly above and beyond, Thanks!
