Kevin was very good, low key, no pressure but great followup. The staff there were really helpful and accommodating and overall it was a good car buying experience. I would recommend them as a dealer to deal with.

Spoke with Gordon Ray in sales for a very rare and unusual V60 polestar wagon. Although the car wasnt exactly fitting my needs, Gordon was wonderful to deal with and explained every last detail on the car. Very professional. I walked into several Volvo stores and their sales service was sub par, but Gordon was great right off the bat. Will definitely buy a Volvo from Gordon if Volvo gets back onto my shopping list.

Great attitude/service from the sales lady, they didn't have the car we wanted but were able to locate one soon after and sold it to us quickly at a fair price. My only issues were the $500 loan placing fee I wasn't told about in advance as I would have got my own financing, and adding on a $4000 extended warranty without asking and pricing that into the payments. A bit shady, your regular dealership tactics. Otherwise a decent dealer just review every line of your invoice.

I purchased 2015 s60 and had it shipped to Ontario. The delivery had some issues but Kevin and Scott rose up to the situation and got my local dealer to troubleshoot. Car runs perfectly now. Their efforts to fix the issues speaks volumes about commitment to to customer satisfaction. Very much appreciated.
