Gord was so helpful finding me a specific vehicle during the difficult year of a pandemic. He is very knowledgeable and has connections with so many dealers so he helped me get the perfect vehicle. Can’t thank him enough.

When you meet Gordon it is look like you can deal with him, he has a lot of nice words, and a lot of beautiful car. The fact is, he sold us a car with engine issue when we didn't know it. 24h after buy it the engine light turned on. So since 3 months we try to find a solution to fix it out, but Gordon is not very efficient to answer he is when is for asking money. He finally get us an appointment to a garage to fix it up but they never did it after 2 days at the garage because they were waiting for him to bring a part. Then he asked me to go to the Christler garage because it was a "recall" But it turned out it was not true and Chrisler never recalled my car. So now I bought a car to Gordon 3 months ago and since 3 month it is just a mess. I dont recommand you to deal with him.

In 45 years I have had my share of car dealings. Gord Valente is not only the best pre-owned car dealer to date, he is a good all-round human being. He is not just in it for the "business" of making money. Although he does do it for a living but he wants to see you driving a car he wants you to be proud driving and he wants to be proud seeing you driving it. He is an all-round service provider, from making sure you are able to get an automobile even if you have "bad" credit to being there with his reasonably priced, efficient and effective service department. Gord Valente at NW Auto Depot has kept me in trouble-free driving for the last 16 years. Give him a try, he will make it well worth your time and energy. Don't just take my word for it, do business with the man who used to be the President of the Automobile Dealer's Association of BC. I was a customer at North Vancouver Auto Depot since 2003 and bought 5 cars for that time. Great place and great owner! The business changed locations but I still prefer to use it. So, I feel compelled to post my opinion. Generally speaking, used-car dealerships do not have great reception in North American culture. In that case, my impressions about North Vancouver Auto Depot and its owner are the opposite. The owner WILL do ALL in his power and will try to do even more to help you. He will bend over backwards in order to find the best deal. Moreover, if things do not go the right he will absorb the hit, but will be true to his word.

Gord is upfront and reasonable. He made every effort to make sure I knew what I was buying and went the extra mile after hours to get me on the road. I doubt there are many better car lot proprietors out there. I look forward to future dealings with Gord!

I leased my vehicle from Gordon 3 yrs ago. I still love my car and it still drives great. I recommend Auto Depot to anyone who is looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. Thank you again Gordon you're AWESOME!!!
