Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip to Italy and Switzerland! Everything was organized very well, we visited so many interesting places and enjoyed the nature and food in both countries. Our bus driver was excellent - always on time, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Lana for excellent organizational skills and caring for every member of the group. We are looking forward to new trips with Universe Tour!

I'd like to tell thanks for beautiful very interesting tour Switzerland- Italy . It was very good organized by Universe Tour. Special thanks for Svetlana who was our guide .She took care of us and did everything to feel us comfortable and pleasure during the trip. We had real fun to see a lot and stay in the nice hotels. On the end of journey we had opportunity to stay for few days on amazing Garda lake not far from Venice. It was really fun to be there! I think all of us enjoyed and have good memory for many years about this time! Thanks again and hope to take part of new tours in future by Universe Tour Olga Ostrovsky
