Transat Travel

I went to Iceland and Alaska in November of 2015 and could not of asked for better service from Debbie as she was very helpful. Just a word of advice: People could also help by going online and doing some research, don't leave everything to the trave agent as they have many people they have to help.

Ben and I had a great experience working with the travel agent at Marlin Travel, Jim Nikiforos in the past year for planning our wedding destination in Cuba. Starting in January 2014, Jim was approachable and detail-oriented which we admire in a travel agent. He was able to obtain various quotes in helping us to decided which airline and hotel to choose and explains the rationale behind it. He was great in facilitating the group quotes and responding to each of our guest in a timely manner. Our guests have commented on how quickly he responded to their questions or any comments they raised with regards to travelling to Cuba. He made the process very smooth and easy to follow. He is great with providing us with the updates throughout the 12 months. I cannot describe how grateful we are to have Jim as our travel agent (and wedding destination specialist) for the last 12 months dealing with initial deposit, final payments, medical/travel insurance and any issues with rooms/flight seating. I would definitely recommend him for any future travelling plans you may have. It's been a pleasure working with Jim and will continue to have him as our travel agent for future travels. You rarely ever see this kind of quality in the travel agent where they do take the time to listen to you, resolve any issues you may have and to go above and beyond. 5+ stars goes out to Jim. I confirm, they absolutely do not care. Took a week to get a quote for a group flight price, with the wrong destination, a second week to get a second quote and oh surprise, the group pricing were more expensive than a single one on air transat... Really ????

Extremely slow, they simply don't care! Impossible to get a proper quote. Mine came really late, seemed rushed, dates were wrong, airline was wrong. Request for additional information is still unanswered after 2 weeks. The worst travel agency experience. I'd advise to stay away.
