I called and their machine says they’re open mon-fri 10-4:30 and at the end of the voicemail it beeps to leave a msg but it hangs up right away. So I physically went to their office. Outside of their office where you can literally see nobody inside, the door is locked, and I knocked but no answer. What kind of office with no employees available at this time and with outdated voicemail.

These reviews should have an option with no star. Ok please my Caribbean people do not use GG tours...to go any where 2019 I'm in Trinidad with my family of 4 with no luggage..First the airline had so many restrictions with extra luggage that all the passengers was only allowed 1 suitcase and still my suitcase alone with 20 other passengers were left behind..The little extra money please pay it to Caribbean airlines Air Canada west jet........Buying local is not always the best way ...Because your own DONT really care about you it all come down to ALWAYS MONEY......

Absolutely disgusting service. Paid for extra legroom for a wheelchair traveler from POS to Toronto and did not receive it. Called to ask about it and received the most disrespectful response from the old man who answered the phone. Scammers! Took my parents hard earned money like a thief and washed their hands after that. No customer service and no respect for the people who are putting money in their pocket. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
