Had the most wonderful customer service today with Raf Gonzalez - he was knowledgeable, had suggestions and so very helpful - great job!!! I liked the fact that he knew about my destination and the areas around the resort .

Raf was an absolute pleasure to work with when planning our honeymoon. After endless hours of research, he pieced together a truly unique trip catered to exactly what both my fiancé and myself were looking for. He was patient, resourceful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He fought to get us competitive prices with both flights and accommodations. Thank you Raf, for being so thorough and helpful every step of the way!!! We are excited for our honeymoon!! We would highly recommend for anyone to book their trip with Raf!!

After hours of trying to book a flight online, a friend told me to go a Flight Centre where they have the same flight with lower price and payment options not offered online. Can't believe how easy and trouble-free it is. Great service and helpful staff.

I would not advice anyone to use this travel agency. An error by one of their agents cost me $1,200. I was told verbally that my passport expiry date was fine to travel to Europe, only to find out at the airport that the agent had miscalculate the date. When I asked for a resolution, I was told I should read the fine print on the invoice ( which actually had inaccurate information on it). I like to purchase goods and services on line, normally, but for bigger ticket items I prefer to go to an office and deal with a knowledgeable human being. So, unless you like reading all the fine print and verifying all the travel information yourself, I'd go somewhere else!
