Mr. Simon Dash is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable person in the travel industry to deal with. Highly Recommended.

Staffs are not helpful at all. They pick up call and keep saying “ we will get back to you” yet never calls back. Happened 3-4 times already.  after reading all the reviews it all makes sense now.

I never got such kind of worst service from anywhere else. Mr. Sumon doesn’t know how to behave with customers. No question of recommending.

Worst service ever, specially Mr. Sumon is very rude. Not recommended.

Very bad behaviour and service.  Unbelievably rude and hostile man! Doesn’t even understand the simple basics of customer service - was rude the entire time and hung up the phone on me as if I was bothering and annoying him with my service. I hope his business shuts down ASAP.
