Very disappointed!!! I was mislead into thinking I was purchasing direct flights only to find out the opposite.  Once I payed for the tickets I was told by one of the agents I'd receive an email confirmation within hours.  Those hours turned into days and I realized why once I read the email in detail: the direct flight tickets I had payed for weren't for a direct flight at all. And I just got the feeling the agent knew exactly what she was doing because of how the information was layed out in the email: on the top of the email it described the flight origin and destination without mentioning the stops but after a large gap on the email page then I found all the details with the stop over.  Again this is just a feeling I have but it certainly is very strange. None the less .. I will not return my business to this agency at all.
