Matt, Ed and Donna went above and beyond to make sure my sons 13th birthday surprise guitar is going to be memorable. I felt like I was in good hands with these amazing people who instantly cared about my sons musical experience as well as my budget. I can’t say enough great things, we will be going back again and again for all our guitar needs. What a great find in Whitby - beautiful store with so much selection!
Been here a few times and bought a few guitars, mostly intermediate stuff, Schecter, Jackson, etc. Some good selection and prices. No high pressure selling but some good advice when needed. They take trades too, reasonable offers so it makes it worth taking used stuff in.
Managed to pick out a guitar and he was very helpful with hooking me up with the right gear, planning on coming back when I need more equipment or picks lol
***Read all reviews before doing business with them*** I bought a Marshall custom mini stack. But after I got it home, i saw it was missing all the Cables/switch and COA. Also, it was not new as it had been described. It was in resealed boxes, had a broken foot pad, and scuffs on the side. I contacted Dillon and he said he'd look and get back to me that day. Never heard back despite sending 4 emails, and leaving 5 messages on the phone. The only thing they can seem to do properly is take your money. Go somewhere else, once they get your money you're on your own. All the excuses are lies. They wont do anything until they are forced.
I found a very old guitar at my dad's place and they completely fixed it up, it sounds amazing now! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I'm a first time buyer and they were very helpful in finding the right guitar!
Ed and Dylan are in a league of their own. What more can I possibly say... THANK YOU for the exceptional service! I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews online. But, I left their vibrant store with a smile from ear to ear. Exceptional one on one service right from the start, Ed really spent the time to hear out all of my list of extensive requirements for new Bass guitar. No exaggeration... but Ed literally showed me every bass that they offered in store with an amazing professional demeanour, Ed even took the time to call a ton of vendors to track down stock COVID obviously throws a wrench in the supply chain - too think back to March of 2020 when people were hoarding Toilet paper... Bass/ guitar stock doesn't stand a chance. Dylan is a multi-tasking phenom, it's incredible to see someone so passionate about customer service and guitars - he was completing a ton of other customer's mail orders just before the holidays, while he was helping me track down new pick ups for my new Fender Precision bass. Dylan is a very talented, and expert technician, it was really amazing to watch and learn his technical expertise from his experiences working at Gibson Guitars. I was very thankful that Dylan took the time to explain and show me the insides workings of the pickup circuitry. Thank you so much for the personalized support and service. I'm Grateful to have met the two of you, and for an amazing musical experience. Thank you
I love this store. I've purchased a bunch of sweet guitars from this place. I go to the east end store Whitby and the manager at that store is just the best. If you're in Durham you gotta check them out.
A fantastic guitar store with excellent staff. The service is great and not pushy. They give you room to check out the instruments yourself and explore but don't abandon you if you have a question. I've never felt pressured to buy anything and have always enjoyed my visits. They know their stuff and getting a set up done by them is quick and painless. From now on I'll only be going to Tundra for my guitar needs.
Really cool selection of guitars. Got a great deal on a brand new schecter and they are open to negotiate on prices unlike bigger chain music stores.
