Whitby Tire

This is definitely THE tire spot if you need a quick fix or new tires overall. Won't get these prices anywhere else. They have always been good here.

April 4th, when to Whitby Tire to get a rebalance on my car. There was a gentleman other than Ken, who work on my car when you finish. He went to write up a receipt. He said $20, I said why do I have to pay again when I recently get my balance done it wasn't done properly so that's why I came back. He then said do you see slaves all over my face I said that's very rude and bad for business his comment was the weights are not free my time is not free I said to him you need to stop the three about the business and I I came you're so often, and can you know my face you didn't even ask me if I have my receipt before I went off I was really really mad I was shouting to him and say that's very rude and a very bad for business again and you shouldn't be working here if you don't the patient are the time what to do with the job properly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go back there if he is still there. You make it back for other people to go I can get this service done there.

That older guy Kent will be the downfall of this business, he is very rude and treats you as if you're a criminal. He blew me off after asking a simple question, I told him that he needs to speak to people better he then said he will not do the work on my car. His puppy dog Lee then told the receptionist(in front of me) that I pissed off the boss now he himself doesn't know if he wants to do the work on my car. I literally cried! I couldn't believe how they were treating me when I did nothing to them. A younger guy at the shop took my car and did the work for me. I sent the owner Jack a email which he still hasn't responded as yet. Horrible customer service from that hag called Kent.
