Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Whitby

Purchased my hot tub from the Whitby Store about a year and a half ago. Did a lot of shopping around. Darryl was very convincing and I haven't been disappointed. Great salesman and even better with his after service. Darryl goes above and beyond to assist with any questions and/or issues. Must also give recognition to Ron who also offers great customer service. Pleasant staff and always welcoming. Highly recommend purchasing from these guys. Well worth the investment.

We are very happy with our decision to purchase a Jacuzzi spa. We found Daryl and the staff very helpful, informative and great customer service. They regularly assist us in checking our water condition, giving us the recommended adjustments we need to keep the spa working flawlessly. We enjoy the personal service provided every time we attend the store. Having checked out several other Hot Tub/Spa providers in the area, Jacuzzi Hot Tubs are in a league of their own. We highly recommend Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Whitby.

A huge shout out to Mr. Darryl Hudgins, thank you for the amazing service and all of the on going support during our purchase of our first Jaccuzi. Darryl took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure everything went as smooth as possible during the delivery and set up of our tub. Still to this day we know that we can call either Darryl and or the staff at Whitby Jaccuzi and they will answer any of our questions. If you are thinking of buying a hottub, Whitby Jaccuzi is your one stop shop! Best experience and very happy and relaxed with our new tub! Thank-you Whitby Jaccuzi

I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a superior product, extremely knowledgeable and honest staff....Daryl was really helpful and provided us with all the info we needed to make our decision When it came time for delivery, he went above and beyond to ensure everything went well and we were happy We are very happy with our choice!
