I have purchased many furniture items here. My family always gets great service. There is one particular sales associate, her name us Cheryl I think. Please don't be mad if I am wrong. She is fun, easy going, never pressured us to buy and we call her Tex because she a wonderful southern accent. They have a full showroom of new items on the main floor and downstairs is the clearance level. Great deals to be had. Go here, you will enjoy your furniture buying experience.

I purchased a new mattress and box spring from this store last week. Cody was my salesperson and he was amazing! He went above and beyond and offered amazing pricing that was less then the sticker price. Cody is very informative and knows his mattresses. He listened to our needs and wants and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We love our new bed! Thanks Cody!

We recently bought a sleeper couch from here, as we were having company stay for extended period of time. The couch was delivered on time, and everything from the buying experience was great. Andrew helped us with explaining everything from warranty to even matching a price of a couch we saw elsewhere! So far, I'm still enjoying my couch! I'll be back for future furniture purchases!

Me and my boyfriend went out today needing a king sized bed, we decided to check out the brick outlet. BEST decision we could have made! Our sales associate Cody did an amazing job, he knew everything there was to know about the beds but that wasn’t even the best part. The best part was how nice and relaxed they were while selling the bed, he wasn’t in our face trying to force the sale and didn’t make us feel pressured into making a decision. He made us feel confident in our purchase and 100% would go back he did an amazing job would recommend this store to all friends and family! Thank you so much Cody for helping us!

Good furniture shop. Their furniture is made in Vietnam. We had an issue with the bed purchased from this place. The staff was helpful in getting us the replacement parts. We noticed that there was a cut in the bottom fabric in the sofa. We were told by the delivery people that it's normal. The delivery guys set up the sofa for us as well. Overall, my experience was average and so is my rating.

We just purchased a new mattress during the Black Friday event from Cody. The retail value was $1,972 and we paid $617 including tax, delivery, and disposal of our old mattress. What a fabulous deal, and we love it. Furthermore, Cody was very informative, answered all our questions, provided optimum service, and delivered on his promise. I highly recommend this location, and especially the professional service offered by this salesman.

Bought a sectional from here last Friday. We had wonderful service from a lovely lady named Cheryl. She was very kind, had a great sence of humor and did not pressure us to make a purchase. She helped us with all questions, and was more than willing to walk with us around the store to show us couches that matched our needs. Very pleasant experience and because of that we went back in on Saturday to purchase a new kitchen table aswell! Thank you!!

I will start off by saying the last time I purchased something from the other Brick store in Whitby I said I would never shop at the Brick again. Cody at this outlet location changed my mind! I would literally buy at any store he worked at. He should run a class for furnature salesman. To be honest he just seems like that guy that would be amazing at anything he did. We were looking to buy a bed and found one that was a decent price. Cody let us know it was going on a super sale the very next week. He literally saved us over $1000. Our daughter came into the store with us both times and she is so shy but he was really friendly and turned it into a pleasant experience. He is just the perfect balance of helpful, friendly and respectful. He was so knowledgeable about the materials and different finishes and you can tell he does his homework. I usually dread furnature shopping but this was actually fun. If he heads to a different store I'd like to know because I will shop there instead. If you're heading to this store look for the tall dude with long red hair and viking beard you literally cannot miss him.
