I received excellent customer service! The lady I didn't get her name helped me find the perfect nursing bra. As a first time mom it can be tricky to find that perfect fit and it be comfortable as well. I also found perfect items for my baby that goes perfectly with the theme of the nursery! I recommend all parents to be to come in and have a look. You won't leave empty handed that's a guarantee!!

I have only recently known about this company and to be honest it is probably my favourite just based on the amazing customer service! Highly recommend them! We bought our Uppababy stroller from them. They have so much stuff and great prices too! They go above and beyond to answer your questions and to help you.

Rude salesperson the first time I went in didn't greet me or anything and acted very strangely when I asked if they carried a pretty well-known product Guava Lotus Travel Crib. Gave it another chance and the woman working at the front was great and very helpful. They have high quality items and a nice selection - not overwhelming. Their prices are very good also.

I had such an amazing experience working with Baby Shack! I would highly recommend them to family and friends any day. They are knowledgeable and super friendly. This is my first baby so I needed help picking out the right stroller and crib. I was lucky enough they had everything in stock and organized a date for pickup. I can’t begin to explain how excited and enthused I am to have found this store. I just moved to Whitby last year before the pandemic hit. My little one arrived right at the height of Covid and it made finding our baby staples that much more difficult. I had enough of big box store shopping and really wanted to support local. Well luckily for my family and I we stumbled across Baby Shack. From diaper cream, sunscreen, sleep sacks, bibs you name it they have everything. I only wish I knew about this place before I had my daughter while I was still in my nesting phase. Their selection for cribs, strollers and rockers are by far the best I’ve seen and their store layout make it so easy to see and view everything. Our go to baby staple is the Substance Nappy Ointment diaper cream and I’ve never had a diaper rash once since having my daughter. If you’re looking for anything baby, BABY SHACK is the place to go to. Tell your family, your friends and your friends friends. I’m one happy mama!!

We purchased all of our baby's furniture, car seat, stroller, accessories and more here. The service is simply second-to-none. We tried the new buy-buy-baby but they simply did not know the products as well. I loved that they had locally-made furniture for sale, with tons of options for colours and finishes. They also often have many interesting locally-made goods, like some amazing custom leather baby shoes we purchased. Overall though, it's the amazing service that keeps us coming back.

Love this Store! I purchased my double stroller and custom rocking chair and ottoman here when my kids were smaller. Now I shop for my Photography Boutique. They have the best blankets, crib bedding and furniture and everything in between. Makes me almost want another baby. Shanin and Jonathan have great customer service and are so friendly. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I always have exceptional customer service at Baby Shack. We purchased most of our nursery furniture from here as well as two car seats. The furniture is beautiful and of great quality. Jonathon ALWAYS remembers who we are and is incredibly informative about all of the items they carry in the store. We LOVE this place and even though we live closer to other stores where we can purchase baby items, we save most of our larger purchases for Baby Shack. They also carry items that you cannot find elsewhere. I recently purchased the Skip Hop playspot in grey and cream, the most stylish foam play mat you have ever seen! Keep up the good work Baby Shack!
