I forgot my iPhone charge-cord at home this morning. Stopped by the Hi-Tech Comm. The gentleman handed me a 'Fast Charge' USB cord for iPhone.. The price seemed a bit high to me I typically buy cords etc. from dollar stores... I am amazed at the quality difference in reference to SPEED. After only a few minutes I am well on my way to having a full charge on my phone. Worth a few more bucks!! Great service. Thanks.

Fast service. Have had 3 phone repaired there and paid cash..no tax or receipt. I suggest paying cash and saving the tax since there is no warranty. Thanks again!

I've been dealing with Jimmy and the guys at the shop for many years long before google review was a thing... They have always been very professional, kind,friendly, courteous, knowledge and have always have gone above and beyond, to help me and my family out. They respect and remember the clients, the work is always done in a timely manner with good solid follow up, if they do run into a delay. After years of dealing with them I will always return to the shop, based in the excellent service I always receive.

This shop has fixed my broken iPhones for years. They always do an excellent job with fast turnaround and very reasonable prices WAY less than taking an iPhone to the Apple store. They always give me exactly what I need, and nothing that I don’t. I trust them completely.

Great experience at Hi Tech. I called the store, & after describing what was going on with my phone, I brought it to them. They were right.... just an LCD screen replacement. After only a 1 hour wait,my phone was ready. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks

Still waiting for a call back I guess when you swap out someone's battery and they catch you, you aren't really in a hurry to call them back. Took my phone in to have screen fixed. Said it would be done same day or the next.... nobody called to update me... when I called the next day they told me another day, because they were waiting on a part. Another day goes by, no call, no update... Finally get it back after I had to keep calling, and the battery in my phone, which was like new, and held a charge easily for a day, even more... now dies every few hours.... I call them back, and I'm told that they will look into it... and that they will of course CALL ME BACK.... Well, over a week later, and I'm still waiting. I've gone into my cell phone provider, and paid for them to have my phone battery checked, and they have told me that without a doubt, it is NOT the same battery.

I got my phone screen changed and it was not what was communicated. Person who I first confirmed wasn't there at the store and then the next person denied on putting in the new display and rather asked for more money than it was written and told. Very bad experience with them. My suggestion is please don't visit them and don't trust them. They ask for deposit before the work and then cheat you or you loose your deposit.

Great prices. Great work. Only problem is their hours can be wrong. Says they are open at 10am-5pm on Sunday and showed up at 10:30 and they were closed.

Beware Very unprofessional! My daughter had a screen replaced and unlocked. We had to return because the phone was not unlocked and the camera was all foggy. She also had a broken phone that he only gave her $10 for and when I returned to get the phone unlocked we requested the battery out of that phone and he refused! I cannot believe how rude these guys are! Find somewhere else to go.
