I recently was at this location after checking out many other competitors. Bell made me feel like a loser, terrible customer service! I decided to check out Koodo which was next door to Bell. I was immediately impressed with how welcomed & at ease I felt. I truly despise shopping around for a new phone & plan, but Mike was amazing at listening to me. He did not try to push anything on me but rather advised me on what he felt would be a good fit. I felt so relieved when I left the store. Mike is an excellent sales person who cares to make his customers happy and goes the extra mile!
Terrible customer service! Unwilling to complete requests that are well within their capabilities because they don’t want their sales rep to loose a sale which will effect their commission. As a customer I would hope that the customers best interest would be what employees are concerned about. I will never return to this location and too bad so sad for the rep because I successfully returned my device at another location and cancelled the line as requested.
I called the Whitby location and Mike P. helped me choose a phone and plan. His customer service was so amazing that I moved over to Koodo. He was super helpful in answering all my questions. Now when I needed to upgrade, I called to Koodo store again to see what options I had. Cassidi was so sweet and informative. When I went to the store, Ray helped me out. He was very helpful too. Ray gave me some suggestions on how I could resolve my issue with my plan and it worked. I called back again and Mike P. helped me this time. He has excellent customer service. Very friendly and knows so much about plans and phones and how I can get the best deal. Definitely, a great team Koodo has at the Whitby Mall store.
Mike and Ray were an amazing help with switching my provider from Koodo to Telus. Mike made great suggestions for me when buying a new phone. Thank you both for making my experience an awesome one.
Went today to get a new phone and dealt with Ray. He was absolutely amazing. He helped me get set up with a new phone and a case. It was so hassle free. He also managed to help four other customers while helping me and I never felt ignored or anything. Ray was fantastic and I wish I could give him 10 stars.
My husband and I were both in the market for upgrading our phones and plans. I did go to Costco, Fido and Rogers. I dealt with Ray. What a great guy! Professional, and very pleasant. Very knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. They have great promotions on right now. Best deal by far from other providers. My husband & I were so happy with the great service. Highly recommend and ask for Ray.
Ray was absolutely amazing with his knowledge and his patience. I am a senior and Ray had so much patience with me! He helped me so much with not only finding the best plan for me but also in choosing a new phone. He was so kind and cheerful ! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience thanks to Ray's pleasant way of helping me understand what to do next. I was really dreading changing phones even though I knew it was time for a new one and Ray made it all so easy ! I can't believe how simple it was . Thank you Ray for such a wonderful experience ! You are a terrific representative for Koodo Mobile!!!
I read about Ray and he really is as amazing as everyone says. He didn't even judge me about still having a Samsung s4 phone. Lol. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.
I went into the Koodo store whitby to switch from Bell. The associate Ray was absolutely wonderful and very professional. He was helping 3 people at once including myself. Each of us were given the attention required and I left confident in my choice. Thank you Ray !!!
Ray and Matthew were so helpful and patient, I will definitely ask to deal with them again in the future! Ray also helped me save money off my monthly plan which was such a big help. Very happy with my service at this location!
