Our contractor recommended plumbing and parts to us for our bathroom renovation. We ended up buying almost all of our furnishings from here. We dealt with different staff members each time but they had a good system so we picked up right where we left off when this happened. Overall it was a great experience and the furnishings are of high quality.
Excellent place to find all your plumbing needs. Great staff, very helpful and so much knowledge located in there from those guys. Good prices and no pressure! Gary is the man there, for our needs, but again they are all great. We have done both of our bathrooms, and did everything through them.
I am a DIY homeowner who was referred to this store a few years ago by a plumber friend of mine. I have since directed others here due to my amazing experiences with the knowledgeable and personable staff. I've always received great service and advice -in person and via telephone- from Kevin and Dan who recently helped me with a replacement warranty part for my kitchen faucet. I highly recommend anyone requiring professional sales and service advice to visit this 5+ place. Gary Thomas
While all the other plumbing stores were closed on Saturday, these guys were busy helping people like me! I desperately needed a cartridge for my shower faucet that no big box store carried! They came through for me and had it ready for pick up. Thank you! P.S. Also purchased an awesome bathroom vanity back in 2019! Highly recommend them!
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what my problem was when I explained it to them. Walked me through how to fix a plumbing issue with my shower taps. Had the hardware I needed in stock. Incredibly friendly, and professional.
Excellent products, excellent service. We recently purchased a bathroom vanity, tub, faucets and toilet as well as a laundry sink and faucet from Plumbing and Parts. All were of high quality. We had two minor issues which were resolved quickly to our complete satisfaction with no difficulty. They are now my go-to plumbing supply store!
These guys are wizards!...I had a faucet insert that leaked, if you look at the picture there is a small chip, that not even an Orthodontist could fix!...anyway, no manufacturer markings, and would have required me to rip out the whole bathtub to replace. I believe it was "Jim" at the store that found me a replacement, it was like winning the lotto. I highly recommend these guys, not because I lucked out - because of the high reviews and word of mouth referrals. And not just replacement parts, check them out for any of your jobs/plumbing challenges.
I had a nice woman named Kassy sorry if the spelling is wrong help me, and she walked me through the repair like a pro, she even disassembled the same unit I was having a problem with, right infront of me, and told me what to expect. She saved me time, and money. Very impressed
