Trek Bicycle Burnaby

Several years ago, I bought my first road bike from what was then Cap’s Westwood Cycle. The staff there were helpful, listened to my concerns, worked within my budget and found a bike that fit. Recently my lifestyle changed and it was time to sell my bike so I called trek bikes to see if they could help. After talking with the manager, Shane, he invited me to bring the bike in, assessed its condition and then sold it for me - free of charge! Because of my initial experience, the after-sales support and service I will definitely be back.

Had many questions which staff gladly took the time to answer all of, to the best of their ability. The bike I wanted was out of stock, they helped me look over other options of bikes that I could get sooner. I was on a budget and they price match to anywhere in the world, I got close to $100 dollars off original price. Would definitely go back for any future bike related purchases. Extra thanks to Jeff for his time to answer all my questions.

On my journey to purchase a new road bike, I was surprisingly impressed by the customer service at Trek Bikes Burnaby. Shane spent so much time making sure I chose the right bike. He listened to my list of needs/wants and came through with the perfect bike: Émonda SLR8. I love it! Thanks you Shane and Jackie, for making the experiment friendly, fun and seamless!

Went into this store yesterday to purchase a helmet for my wife. The friendly staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with their recommendations. I would highly recommend a visit to Trek for all your bicycle needs.

Quick sale. Helpful staff. Made a deal re price matching. Set up of bike... 2 loose bolts on handlebar. Otherwise good
