They have a great selection of soccer, hockey and basketball gear and lots of good deals. I have bought a few jerseys and soccer gear as well. The location is unbeatable and the sales people are very friendly and helpful. A++++ totally recommended
Large Sport Chek location with a oval design. Clothing are mostly grouped by brands and there are products from all types of sport categories. Not as many bag options available especially for across the shoulder ones. Clean store and very spacious to walk around.
Sportchek customer service amazes me. I had the most pleasant experience from phone assistance to in store assistance purchasing. Big shout out to Daisy the store manager who assisted me with buying a pair of snowboard boots that were on sale in store but were regular price on the website. I got the help I needed very quickly and staff working there all have a big smile. Keep it up and thank you
I had the most amazing customer service from one of their sales advisors Ryan H! I think he plays lacrosse because although being very knowledgeable about all the different products in his department, he particularly had a lot of information about their lacrosse material. Ryan was super helpful and really kind and truly went the extra mile finding everything I needed and answering my many questions. It was super busy but Ryan was very attentive to all the customers looking for his help and was able to juggle all of us very smoothly. Thanks so much for all your help Ryan :

****Check this branch out**** -They have everything!- Hi, I know ya'll have been to other Sport Chek branch before but please read this review before moving along. Went in today to check their badminton rackets. Found this awesome Yonex Badminton but what's stopping me from purchasing is the price since I'm new at the sport and I'm not sure if I'm willing to invest that much money for a racket. Luckily I found the same exact racket online which is on sale, however I wasn't sure if Sport Chek is able to match the price. I have NEVER asked any store to price match before, but today I thought to myself what could possibly go wrong if I ask them. To my surprise I experienced such an amazing customer service. Lindel hope I got his name right was determined to help me get the best deal I could have. He did not turn down my question like he never said "I'm not sure" and just guessed an answer, instead he was 100% willing to help by diligently asking the right questions regarding price matching, and asked his supervisor/manager for support to make sure he does everything according to their rules. Their manager Daisy also carefully evaluated the situation really well and after "all the boxes are checked", she gave the go signal for the completion of the transaction. - which made me a very happy and satisfied customer. I also like to mention how the cashier reminded me if I have a triangle card when I was about to pay with my debit card, with this reminder I am able to pay using my triangle card its the canadian tire mastercard and to my surprise, I have enough points/cashback to pay for the whole deal! Wow! I guess its advance Merry Christmas for me! As I'm writing this review around 2hrs after the deal, I still got the smile on my face from the satisfaction of the service I experienced from this particular sport chek branch. And I would like to genuinely thank them by writing this review. Now I got an amazing badminton racket that can help me learn the sport better - without the shuttlecock getting stuck in between the net of my cheap old racket when I try to smash it .
This location has great service, particularly the service shop. Those guys are awesome. In general, this location is night and day compared to the Marine Drive location, where the place is dead, yet staff the regular staff, not service shop are not willing to help and would rather chat amongst themselves.
Very rude service from employee here Dec 26 around afternoon time. I went in to inquire about some boots and he was so smug and rude. Not even acknowledge or friendly and seemed to have an attitude problem to only the East Asian customers. Most likely racial as he was fine with Indian and other black customers. Very disappointed and shocked as this type of experience seems to be happening with increased frequency. Won’t ever be coming back here.

I bought a shoe from this location today. However, I was not happy because their salesperson has no idea or knowledge about the product or in-store promotion and even the brand itself. It would be great to train each employee so they learn how to treat the customers in a better way than just saying” I DON’T KNOW” to customers. Thanks
