STAY AWAY FOR OUT OF PROVINCE INSPECTIONS. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to get an out of province inspection done on a class c Motorhome. Was told is they found anything whatever it was they could do the work no problem. Of course once they were done and it needed work done on the exhaust manifold all of a sudden they are not able to do it and we were told by the lady who had said in the morning they could fix anything that they can’t do it because it’s a gas vehicle?????? We are from 45 mins away and had to go pick it up and get another in transit done to go get work done elsewhere and as it’s a out of province inspection work has to be done in the next 10 days and brought back up to them to check to make sure it has been done. Only place we could find to get the work done in that time frame is a hour away then we’ll have to bring it back again while getting another in transit done. All of that hassle and it costed us $1200 even though we were told in the morning it would only be $800. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay Away for out of province inspections they just want your money and then will leave you hanging.

Service desk personelle are vague in responses, if they respond at all. Had to phone back twice and then was told the person I was speaking to just went home and I would have to wait until the next day. She had the information for 5 hours, so much for the 2 hour response time. So I went somewhere else for much lower cost. Pays to shop around.

Very good customer service at counter, had to get keys done. Prices were decent

I Dropped My Truck for Regular Service & Valve Lash adjustment Brake replacement, when I went to pickup up the truck diesel filters were not replaced, had to wait for 45 mins to get that done, when finally got the truck, I took the truck, as I was already waiting for so long I didn't check the truck at that time, when I reached my yard which is just 4 mins drive away at 6604 51 Ave NW, Edmonton, while grabbing gloves from the toolbox I saw the damage to the truck, went back to report the damage & they said you should have checked it before leaving, had word with service manager next day and he has informed me the same thing that I should have checked before leaving, I requested to have CCTV footage checked and send me at least three screenshots from footage while the truck was being repaired, when I left with the truck or when they were replacing fuel filters on last day before I took my truck, Manager said that he will ask some other guy to have look on that as he will be not working for next two weeks or so,nI emailed again for CCTV footage screenshots and nobody replied,nnIt's not about Sctraches on my Old truck, it's more about taking responsibility if they did the damage, as I am 100 % sure that damage happened at their facility, & they are denying their mistake. I think after paying around 5000$ for repairs, all I need is a fair investigation into the matter. At least they must have their employees trained and there should be a proper routine in place to avoid such incidents in the future.nnAfter the service, I am wondering what is the benefit of going to a reputated dealership/Paying more $2337.90 in labour only for repairs, as there is no difference in service between street repair, I think other one is better as you can be present while your truck is being repaired.
