Huge thanks to triage nurse Kaylin as well as physicians Dr. Walton and Dr. Ward for your care and expertise. They took the time to make sure my concerns were addressed and did well to develop a treatment plan that was well communicated through out. The GNH ER team was professional, attentive, ensuring that my needs were met every step of the way. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication, it does not go unnoticed!

I arrived at this hospital with my mother at approximately 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, our experience here has been quite disheartening. Although we were fortunate to have the ECG and blood tests completed within the first 1.5 hours, we have now been waiting patiently for a doctor to provide us with the results for over 5 hours. During this time, we have been moved to another section of the hospital. My mother's condition has improved with the help of medication provided by our family doctor, and she is now requesting to leave the hospital. It is concerning that patients have to endure such prolonged waiting times to receive medical attention.

This review is specifically only for Nurse Holly in the Xray area that has been at this hospital for 10 years, I hope you see this and know how much your humor and kindness made being at this hospital X a million better! I can see why they keep you at this hospital because YOU are amazing, and this hospital needs more people like you in it! THANK YOU!

The postpartum unit staff is very rude, they are not helpful, they postpartum unit staff behaviour towards helping is very bad. Only 5% nurses are good in this department who really help the parents and answer all the questions if parents have any related to baby. But 95% of staff just opposite of the 5%.

I’m convinced that young lady at the front desk with the ugly highlights is incapable of empathy and human emotion. I asked her if i could just go see my dad who had been rushed in by ems in bad condition. i didn’t see a line for visitors so i did not stand in line, this was an honest mistake. In response, the lady gave me zero acknowledgement. She flat out ignored me and instead made a snarky and rude remark about me, right in front of me, to her colleague. Zero respect, zero compassion, incredibly poor professionalism and an awful attitude that does NOT belong in healthcare. Very sad these are the types of people our dollars are paying to “care” for us.
