Really great little hotel. The front desk staff and security guard were really friendly and helpful. My questions were answered right away with a friendly demeaner. The rooms were pretty standard rooms but had a few extras such as the Microwave. That's a nice touch. The pool is really nice and the 24 hour gym is appreciated.

The hotel is built in 2016 so everything is still perfect and shiny. The staff are really friendly and always smiling and eager to help in any way they can. The room was a two queen studio, and it was really good that it came with a full kitchen and full-size fridge, we didn't use it, but I am sure it will be useful for some others staying for a longer duration. The hotel is located in Kanata which is around 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa which made everything reachable in a short time of driving and still affordable. Only reason I gave it a four star is that I felt the hotel can have some better options or at least alternating menu for the breakfast options. That being said, it was still plenty to eat and would be good.

Great location just off the highway with shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice salt water pool for relaxing along with a nicely appointed room with a full sized fridge for all your home away from home snacks and beverages. This was my second multi day stay in past 4 months and I will be back there before long.

We stayed here on rewards points. It was a low category hotel, so it was reasonable. We chose this hotel for the points cost, the free parking and free complimentary breakfast and were not disappointed. We were given an accessible 2 queen room since our original was not ready at (early) check in, which was huge, and always welcome with children cooped up in one room. It had a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and various other small appliances, as well as a table with four chairs. The accessible shower was nice and had two showerheads. The lower one was ideal for smaller children, but it did tend to flow into the middle of the bathroom, requiring mopping up with a towel when finished if you didn't want water going everywhere. The continental breakfast had a decent amount of options. There was cereal, fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles, fried eggs and sausage (our first morning), muffins, hard boiled eggs and juices. The staff was helpful whenever necessary. We got a few extra pillows and a blanket and they were apparently booked to capacity that night but still were able to help us out with that. The location is pretty good. There is a Walmart and a strip mall nearby and a Costco not too much further. It was just right for us. I will definitely stay here next time we visit the Ottawa area.
