I appreciate how friendly all the staff is especially Maria! She is nice and friendly! Good customer service, good food, nice atmosphere nnthe Best customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. So be thankful for the 1 star. Out of 6 items ordered 4 came incorrect. 2 baileys hot latte / sausage egg bagel / sausage egg farmers wrap / double stacked muffin / 10 Tim bits…. Instead we got 2 hot chocolate/ egg bagel no sausage / breakfast biscuit no wrap apparently grill was broken but failed to point this out at order and just made something anyway / double stacked muffin and the Tim bits was the only correct item… I took the bagel back and they fixed it I took the hot chocolates back and they tried to fix it bless them! trusting that they wouldn’t mess the drinks up again having stressed that we asked for 2 hot baileys lattes, we ended up walking out with our new drinks to start walking home only to find we got hot milk latte no coffee in it topped with cream and candy cane… needless to say I didn't walk back at this point. Please go visit a Tim’s with the older generation behind the tills they seem to understand and speak English very well still!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I don't know how many times I have had to wait while they serve 2 carsnbefore me AFTER IVE BEEN WAITING IN LINE PROPERLY at the drive thru. Also today - the discusting attitude because it was cold and they had to reach out and hand me my order. AND THEN they start speaking in Hindi or Punjab to eachother like I've done something wrong. Awful.

Absolutely lovely staff that make a normal Tim Hortons experience amazing. Service was quick, food was delightful, and the staff are really just the best.

I used to love going to this Tim Hortons for lunch a couple years ago, now it is absolutely terrible. The food is disgusting and never made correctly and i feel like the staff is untrained and very hard to understand especially over the speaker system in the drive thru. I ordered a bacon wrap today thinking i’ll give it another try maybe they’ll do better this time, but no when i received the wrap i could not even see the food inside of it because it was absolutely drenched in sauce all soggy. When i unwrapped it i also noticed that they gave me a sausage and not bacon wrap…Yes this is fast food but this happens every single time i try to get food from here, this is so unacceptable. Please do better Tims.
