The staff never seem to know how to operate which car enters the drive thru lane first.  Is it a mechanical issue with your sensor? It's very frustrating as a customer who is waiting and waiting and two orders are taken on one drive thru before I am even acknowledged!

Worst service,  kids standing around with their mouth open catching flies for Christ sake,  watched and waiting 5 mins after my bagel was done toasted before anyone even bothered,  it's no well run,  manager should be fired
