Hello, recently I purchased a breakfast sandwich and a medium double-double coffee. The food was fresh, warm, and served promptly, while the coffee had the perfect taste and temperature. The customer service was friendly and efficient—the staff greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was accurate. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making the overall experience enjoyable. I would definitely visit again for the good food, great coffee, and welcoming atmosphere.

Asked for ice cap with shot of espresso. Was given overflowing cup with hot espresso on top. Asked them to mix it. Older lady today me it’s going to do that no matt33 and what. I said I get it all the time and this is the only time I’ve ever gotten that. Grabbed the cup and rollled her eye at me and said “fine”. Could the sausage patty be placed in the middle? Or too much to ask for. I’d move it myself, but it’s stuck with the cheese. Two photos of two different occasions

I come here consistently after work for a donut and a coffee as my post-work treat. Every time the workers are so kind and welcoming, with a smile on their face. The donuts are always made perfectly, and the coffee is fresh more often than not. This is my go-to Tim Hortons and will be for a while. I wish they were all as great as this location!

Noticed my “toasted” bagel was barely even slightly warm or toasted so I started asking for double toasted- they definitely don’t double toast when you ask them to.nnLately there are also some very rude women working the drive through window who just shout “NEXT PLEASE” as soon as they’re done serving you. Like, hello, it’s a drive through. You’re basically saying “MOVE ALONG!” to me. Like calm down, I’m leaving.nnThe coffee is also burnt and not stirred. Sugar sits at the bottom.nnToday’s bad experience was my final straw with this location which is sad because some of the staff are lovely. Not all though…
