Fortinos

I had an outstanding experience with Sue Burry, a manager at Fortinos at Stoney Creek. I needed assistance with arranging a cake topper edible photo images for two cakes for a special family event and Sue went above and beyond in assisting me. She explained the technical limitations of the cake topper, the restrictions regarding cakes, and she was clear about what I needed to send her to make the cakes look the best they could be. Once she received my photos, she sent various shots of what they would look like with different layouts and coloured messages and asked me for feedback. She wanted to make sure I was as happy with the cakes as I could be. And Sue does not even work in the bakery dept! Thank you Sue for your excellent customer service, your personable engagement with me and your attention to detail and desire to make sure I had the best possible experience. I know that my family will be thrilled with the results as we celebrate a special day together.

I buy my groceries from this store for years but recently I started buying deli sandwiches and last night I got there about closing time and while I was waiting for my order I noticed that they started throwing out the leftover food. I was shocked to see all the good fresh food like potato’s, roast,veggies and everything was not sold went to garbage. I was disgusted and sad . They could have sold the food for cheaper or send it to shelter or even give them to homeless people. Or let employees eat them . FORTINOS is disgusting and we will never buy from this store .

The produce is weak and old, the premium price tag is unjustified.nnThe redeemable quality being the friendly full-time staff, but a great deal of the part-time employees are incompetent and should not be the face of the store.

We shop at Fortinos in Stoney Creek because they set themselves apart from the other locations. The friendly and personal service adds to the experience. Nowadays you get what you pay for . The meat and produce is excellent and why eat out when you can take out or eat in at their amazing prepared food sections that have the same high quality .

Alexia at the rotisserie counter was amazing! Super friendly, quick, and made sure everything was fresh and perfect. You can tell she really cares about her job and treats customers with respect. Honestly made the whole experience way betterndefinitely coming back because of her!
