Fortinos

I had an outstanding experience with Sue Burry, a manager at Fortinos at Stoney Creek. I needed assistance with arranging a cake topper edible photo images for two cakes for a special family event and Sue went above and beyond in assisting me. She explained the technical limitations of the cake topper, the restrictions regarding cakes, and she was clear about what I needed to send her to make the cakes look the best they could be. Once she received my photos, she sent various shots of what they would look like with different layouts and coloured messages and asked me for feedback. She wanted to make sure I was as happy with the cakes as I could be. And Sue does not even work in the bakery dept! Thank you Sue for your excellent customer service, your personable engagement with me and your attention to detail and desire to make sure I had the best possible experience. I know that my family will be thrilled with the results as we celebrate a special day together.

The produce is weak and old, the premium price tag is unjustified.nnThe redeemable quality being the friendly full-time staff, but a great deal of the part-time employees are incompetent and should not be the face of the store.

This is a Grocery, Deli, Pizza maker, bakery, salad bar store that sets itself apart from the others. Yes their pricing on some items may be more than the discount chains, but you get what you pay for at Fortinos. Great quality food, great selection and variety. We especially love the salad choices made fresh daily. Plenty of cashiers to get you home faster. I'd highly recommend this Fortinos location.

We shop at Fortinos in Stoney Creek because they set themselves apart from the other locations. The friendly and personal service adds to the experience. Nowadays you get what you pay for . The meat and produce is excellent and why eat out when you can take out or eat in at their amazing prepared food sections that have the same high quality .

We have been coming to this location for a long time and always admire the care and customer focus as well as quality of the products. I must say I was so disappointed tonight. First with the girl who made our chicken sandwich to go. She was so out of it lack of focus, produced such a sloppy sandwich which we payed almost $17. No customer focus. Then the guy at the bakery. Completed out of it asked for 4 bagattes and he was completely not paying attention, talking to a girl co worker was more important than the customer. He gave me 2 bagattes and forgot the second two. Forgot he printed labels and printed twice. I asked him to pay attention and he told me had no sleep. Je did not bother to checkbus out and left is hanging till another emplyee freed up and checked us out.Overall not what we expect from our fortinos. Very poor customer service.
