This Fortinos location is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh products. A great place to shop every time I visit.

What a great location!!! Tons of prepared meals at a very reasonable prices. The entire store is well stocked and clean. If they don't have what you are looking for then you probably didn't really need it in the first place. Definitely worth visiting!

Ive shopped here for 8 years since I moved to hamilton. Today I received by for the worst service. I took my coop students here for a nice meal. The server was extremely rude. When I asked for an extra pack of crackers I was told only one per customer. I offered to pay more and also was shut down. You cannot choose your own bread. Apparently the only sandwich we could have on white bread is turkey bacon club. The only good thing about this experience was the lady cleaning the eat in area. She picked up something I dropped and cleaned our garage before we even finished. I will never come to this fortinos again.

I enjoy shopping here every week to get my variety of meat and I must say all the workers are pleasant and provide good customer service. For caribbean people you can get Jamaican yams, ginger, sweet potatoe and thyme. I'm always satisfied 95% of the time buying these produce.

Alison made our shopping experience amazing! After one interaction with her, my little one kept on saying she’s a nice lady and was helpful and kind. After a couple weeks, he never forgot about her kindness.
