Fortinos

Very clean and tidy. Fresh produce. One of the best beef in town. Their sausages are amazing especially the provolone one which they haven't sold/brought for awhile. We always buy Atlantic salmon there. Service A1.

Best supermarket in Hamilton. They stock a wide variety of products. Their produce section is never a let-down and the deli and meat departments are excellent too. Every spring they open a garden center which is very helpful. I love Fortinos.

The Fortinos is great, but watch yourself in the parking lot. Drivers simply do not care about the crosswalks in front of the store, I've had several people try to drive right into me as I tried to cross (with some seriously close calls). Also why on earth are kids allowed to sell chocolate bars (and etc.) in the parking lot? Despite the fact that they're kind of a nuisance, approaching me multiple times in one visit, but it's also pretty dangerous. They're weaving through parked cars, approaching moving cars, and knocking on random car windows if they see someone is inside. I really hope someone tells them to stop because it's otherwise a wonderful location to quickly grab groceries.

As far as Fortinos goes this is one of the smaller stores. Even though it is one of the smaller stores is still has a nice variety and is very clean. It has a great location and is good for quick shopping visits.

Their produce is always fresh and they have a great variety of organic produce too. They have every type of food I like to purchase. They alao have good hours because they are open until 10 p.m. Great staff and grocery store.
