What a beautiful clean and amazing grocery store.nThey have quite the selection of things. Huge verity from groceries to plants , windshield washers even up to dirt and wood.nStaff is very friendly and helpful. Cashiers always have a smile and cash out with joy.nKeep up the good work. You deserve to be rated one of the top supermarkets to shop. We definitely appreciate all the hard work you do to make shopping that much more enjoyable and convenient for us.

An employee at this store goes through the new cases of Hot Wheels in the stock room before it hits the floor for sale to Customers. I shop here once a week and when new cases are put out they are always missing cars. This needs to stop. Ive heard its actually a manager her that does it. Every other retail store would fire you for touching the product in the back before it goes on the floor.

Great service look how good these treats look

While shopping in the bread dept, I overheard a staff member behind the cake counter apologize profusely for someone having to wait for their cake to be ready and even offered a discount. I thought that was amazing and wished I was offered the same service at mall road last week when they couldn't find my order for my dad's 100th birthday cake. There were no apologies whatsoever and it forced our hand to shop at a different location after 39 years. Keep up the great customer service Upper James!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with fortinos in this location. I purchased a couple items and had left the store to find my mom in another store nearby, but shortly came back to fortinos because I realized she was in there. We continued our grocery shopping and I had bought a couple more items. The cashier saw my previous items in my reusable dollarama bag from before and asked me if she could scan them but I had explained they were paid for from only 20 minutes before. As I was leaving with my mom, their asset protection person that was a white guy with brown hair and shorter build ran up to me to stop me from leaving, he said that he needs to see proof of purchase for the stuff in my dollarama bag. I showed him my bank statement and he started GOING THROUGH my bag without my permission to see what was in my dollarama bag. He said he will find out the truth and was already accusing me of stealing. He was extremely unprofessional and basically accused me of stealing, I feel as if I was racially profiled and they felt okay with accusing me because of my appearance that day. This was a extremely disturbing experience and they did this in front of many customers. There was no apology. If you are shopping in this location please be aware that you may be racially profiled.
