Tim Hortons

We showed up to get a breakfast sandwich not realizing they are an express. The woman who answered at the drive thru was rather rude about them not doing breakfast. We made a mistake and she told us we should have realized it was an express because there wasn't a breakfast menu. My suggestion is that they should identify it is an express on the outside.

Awful Tim Hortons. Worst customer service ever! I highly DO NOT recommend this Tims. I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons ever since but have been realizing that they are such terrible people to nice customers. All of my friends who are mostly regular customers even agree on how poorly mannered these employees are.. they should know better and have respect and patience for people who simply are just asking politely what they do not know. Rude and disrespectful. Sorry to name, names but one of your manager (supervisor) named Chantel treats her customers terribly. She should not be qualified for a supervisor, especially with that terrible service. It’s ashamed and because of your lack of employees respect, you lose a lot of customers. I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for almost 3 years and ever since you’ve hired/upgraded these low mannered “woman” they’ve done nothing but make your customers complain. Rude employees, rude customer service and terrible attitude! If you want nicer customer service, I highly recommend you to go to the plaza where they service ALL BREAKFAST but no drive thru, excellent customer service and always in such a great mood! Terrible food and coffee. Long wait for just 2 coffee, sorry 2 terrible coffees. This is the reason I never buy food or drinks at McDonald's or Tim Hortons if I'm tired I will just buy an energy drink
