The produce is hit and miss.. wilted below the acceptable standard..oknSome specials run out never restocked. Why? You shouldn't be running out so early in the week!!nSecurity guy hounds nearly everyone new. Not acceptable. You Mr Giorgio need to make new Security arrangements. AsapnSome staff are helpful others rude and dismissive. Owner you need to have your staff trained in proper customer service skills and etiquette.nOverall, not impressed. It use to be a great place to shop till about 4 years agonBut there are good deals and the location is close to me

I come to this store at least three times a week. It’s right by my house and they usually have some what decent sales. The problem is they are chronically understaffed and under stocked. Especially when it comes to sale items. If you come between 3:30-6:30 prepare to wait for at least 15 minutes in line. The staff is friendly but they have no sense of urgency and they clock out as soon as their shift is done. The express lane usually has people pushing the limit of items in their cart. Instead of the manager running around constantly urging people to not use bags and hovering perhaps he could assist the staff in checking people out. The amount of times I’ve gone there looking for a specific item only to find it’s out of stock is far too frequent and very frustrating. With the price of groceries I think collectively we should expect better even if we are not the ‘nicest’ neighbourhood.

This store provides the best customer service of any store. I try to go when they open, because the girl at the checkout, who told me she is the bookeeper, is possibly the most pleasant person I could deal with. She is always friendly, and always makes my day better,

Went there today, and the produce was the worst ive ever seen. The celery was literally rotten, and they were still selling it. Other produce is absolutely terrible. They need to empty ALL the produce bins, and shelves and lift the mats and thoroughly clean and sanitize where they store and display the produce. And do it at least on a weekly basis.nManagement needs to step it up, clean the store thoroughly, and quit displaying and selling rotten produce.

There’s a very mean and racist middle aged female cashier. My mother bought a box of oranges 8lbs at the counter, for no reason she took one out of the box and started accusing my mother of putting an extra one in the box with no proof. This is very humiliating. she asked the cashier to weight the box of oranges to prove there was an extra orange in there but she refused to do so for no reason. When she got home, she weighted and it was less than 8lbs. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and lacks empathy and common sense
